The rooms are clean and nice. The rest of the property is kept neat, clean and in good repair. The beach is beautiful, the hammocks were my favorite. Most of the staff speaks English, which was helpful since my Spanish is minimal. Everyone was helpful and answered all questions I had. The resort is within walking distance of several restaurants, which was great because their food wasn't great due to one of us being vegetarian and the other has a seafood allergy. Otherwise it's an excellent place to stay.

I was here for 4 nights. For the price, this was 3.5 stars. PROS: - safe location - bar was good - beach access and pool was very beautiful and nice - food hours were great - decently sized rooms - nice balcony for every room - the outside resturant food and breakfast is good - affordable CONS: - the buffet was ok. Everything tasted about the same. Reminded me of my college dining hall ( current college student) - it is a bit hard to get a reservation for their ONE resturant they have. You have to ask guest services in person. It is a bit annoying/ inconvenient because you can't call or make a reservation online. I usually spent my mornings outside of the hotel and when I came back, it would be full. - service at the buffet was not consistent. My boyfriend and I were the only ones there and the servers did not ask if we wanted any drinks until we finished our meals. It is not self service beverages. For breakfast, I would not get asked if I wanted a coffee or water like everyone else. I would have to ask myself. - there are ants in the rooms. The housekeeper did come and "get rid of them" but they came back after a few hours. I did not bring food into the room. - housekeepers are not consistent with which time they come clean. Sometimes 10am, others 8pm. They do not come back if you ask them to be back later. Overall, I would recommend this resort if it is in your price range and want nice beach access. Bus stops are nearby.

Good hotel, some of their rules are strange, like charging extra for some alcohol. Only one kind is included, which is unusual for all-inclusive resorts. Also some of their staff are not doing much to feel guests welcome. But most other ones do.

We stayed during storm Helene. The hotel stuff were every professional and worked very hard to keep all guests save! The food was delicious. The waitresses: Paty, Hugo, Gabriela were terrific!!!! I will definitely come back. The only dislike was Martha a front desk representative pushing for sales. I think it's up to guest to enjoy our vacation however we pleased. From reading ur (Hotel.com) reviews it states the “Hotel” was 7.4 rating!! I differ from ur rating the place was a disaster I booked the hotel for 8 days after 2 days I had to find another hotel to stay!! First night there the room had no “TV” the room smelled of mold & sliding glass door would not lock!! They moved us to another room which was infested with “roaches” enough was enough so I decided to leave this place!! I wouldn’t allow my dog to sleep there!! Please 🙏 post this so other quests will no what they are getting!! PS: Food is very bad & they had the audacity to charge $5 for room service when it was so to be “all inclusive” what seriously shocked me I am standing @ the hotel desk when I received my meal & I still had to pay for the service!! Worst hotel I’ve stayed in & traveling is my passion

This is a very outdated hotel with two good-sized pools, advertised as a beach property. The small hotel is in the bay area, where all the yachts and boats are parked. There is a tiny separate place in between the boats where you could come inside the water, maybe up to a waist. There are two tiny pools on the hotel property. "All-inclusive" ad, in reality is a poor choice of a few hardly eatable dishes. The rooms are tiny, our door to a "terrace" was broken, TV didn't work, so, I called Expedia, got my money back, and transferred to a really nice All Inclusive resort.
