This is our 5th visit. Disappointed! The quality of food, amenities, service are lower than ever. Looks like the issue is not with staff as they try their best. The resort is taking advantage of the recent pandemic and provide less but charging more. Not sure I’ll be back

Fabulous staff. Excellent range of food options (except for the period after lunch and before dinner). Nice on-site shop for souvenirs and clothing. The rooms were tired and needed updating but wete appropriate for 3 star accomodation. They were vlesn too.

Closed restaurants due to ongoing repairs in some other restaurants. Elevator is usually out of service in the main building, leaving you with 2 working elevators without air conditioning. Mediocre food in some of the restaurants. Fridge not working in room 2510.

This property was full of activites, dining options, kid friendly pools, lots of helpful staff, convenient location, easy access to beach, many pools, etc. The list goes on and on. Definitely a great choice in the Cancun Hotel Front area.

Staff was veryfriendly, Difficult of options to access to restaurants for Wheelchair Main restaurant food options were limited. Missing options for fresh fruit Only Small restaurant for food options in between hours where the main restaurant is closed. Food was not good and limited options Shortage on pool towels (I went twice looking for pool towels and they were in the laundry) Shortage on pool chairs by the pool and beach area. It rained during our stay and walkways were very slippery.. It was flooded
