The property is nice but worn. Food there is tasty and staff is excellent. The hotel gives you a deep in the jungle feel do to the mature trees and plants which is nice. I would definitely go back!

A/C was not working our entire stay and it was humid everywhere. It was horrible and the staff did nothing to try to accommodate us or try to make us more comfortable. Terrible experience especially with two babies.

This would be my 2nd stay at this resort (reason why I returned). However, my experience wasn’t the greatest, from the cleanliness of the room, to the lady who was making the omelettes, to the person who checked us in & the buffet restaurant being closed 3/5 for days for dinner during our stay. Would I revisit again, no. This is just my experience, yours might be different. The manager who was in the buffet restaurant was amazing, there was a gentleman on the beach serving us drinks, he too was amazing. Oh yes, and one of the ladies who sat us for breakfast, she too was amazing! Lastly, they need to upgrade the furniture in the rooms.
