Staff was wonderful, great customer service, they really want to make you feel welcome and it shows from the moment you enter the property with the guys welcoming you when you get out the taxi, front desk personnel, the lobby area, elevators, gardens, restaurants, beaches, halls were always clean, if it rained that area was immediately being cleaned, the only thing I noticed was inconsistency with working electrical escalators, I only saw both escalators working once. ( It's the first impression you get from the hotel when you arrive from a long flight, even though the staff is ready to assist you, the hotel as a building and maintenance should look ready also...it's a small thing but I think it's an important one). At the Buffet restaurant Edgar was amazing, he remembered what we liked to drink from the first time! I mean, he's assisting so many guests all day long and he treats you and welcomes you in such pleasant way first thing in the morning until 11:00 pm at night as if he wasn't tired, with a smile in his face, he's just great. Concepcion did a great job cleaning our room also, we met her for a second but she was sweet and smiley face. Henry at the front desk was very helpful moving us to a different room, we for some reason didnt care for our first room, we prefered the Moon Tower, it seemed more open and lighter somehow and he was able to find us a room we liked much better. We appreciated all the staff and can't wait to see you again!

Todo el staff maravilloso, hacen un gran equipo. Quiero mencionar a Henry en la recepción quien nos logró cambiar de habitación para una que nos gustara más, nunca nos hizo sentir como si fueramos una molestia. Edgar en el Buffet es increíble, desde la primera vez que nos atendió se acordaba de nuestras bebidas y nos presentó a los otros chicos que nos iban a atender (Anselmo, Reyes, y Jorge),los 3 dias que estuvimos en el hotel nos atendió con una sonrisa, el estaba trabajando desde temprano en la mañana hasta cerrar el restaurante a las 11 pm y siempre con una sonrisa y la misma actitud positiva, es un gran ejemplo para todos nosotros, quedamos muy agradecidos mi esposo y yo. Al igual con el trato de los otros chicos y chicas del restaurant, pero lo siento no me acuerdo de todos los nombres, y Concepción la chica que limpió nuestro cuarto también muy linda y con muy buena disposición. El hotel lo limpian constantemente, las playas limpias, los dos shows que vimos estuvieron muy entretenidos, el de Michael Jackson y el del Circo, no logramos ver el de musica folklorica mexicana pero quizá para la próxima ocasión. Es difícil regresar a casa cuando estuvimos atendidos de esa forma tan linda y en un lugar tan hermoso como lo es Cancun...Gracias por todo!!!

The resort is absolutely amazing. The staff is so welcoming. The only complaint I have is this trip there the entertainment was horrible. We were told that there was 2 big groups and the entertainment team was catering to them. Well there should be entertainment for everyone we all pay to be there and expect what is shown on the website. But besides that everything else was amazing.

Overall, I would have given this hotel stay a full 5 stars. However, upon check in, I upgraded my room but it wasn’t ready, which is understandable. What I don’t understand is that the room’s bathroom wasn’t clean. I asked the front desk to have them clean it while I had dinner, the room wasn’t stocked with drinks, and no one showed up after three hours. The hotel said that they would credit me for the night due to the room not being fully ready, and they never did. If I upgrade a room and pay extra money, isn’t there an expectation that the room is clean and ready?

We had an amazing honeymoon at F.A.C. It was our first time in Cancun and this resort made it magical. The food was amazing, the scenery was beautiful, but the real star was the staff. What an wonderful and kind group of people. They are what will make us come back. Only issue was with our room. It stormed a lot the last 2 days of our visit, and our room became very, very damp. We had to lay towels down on the floor, and condensation was dripping from the walls. Our AC also stopped working around the same time. I know it's the climate, but it made things unpleasant for 2 days.
