The food was terrible. Half the restaurants you had to pay extra to eat at. The AC and mini fridge was broke in the room. You had to bed to have your fridge restocked. You had to bed for your room to be cleaned, or new towels and even toilet paper. Worst resort I’ve ever stayed at.

Some of the staff were rude, room didn’t have any amenities, water leaked from balcony door area wasn’t cleaned up, moldy shower mats, no towels or rags in the bathroom, asked room service to fix but took me going to reception after 5hrs of no remedy for them to change our rooms. Plumbing in new room was horrible, water leaking from faucet handles, tub and sink was clogged and all inclusive is very misleading. I would never return to that place and would like to find a way to get my money back.

I have gone two times before to this resort which made me come for the third time. But instead of maintaining the expectations it was actually the opposite. Their standing plummeted, they assigned me a room with a malfunctioning air conditioner with them having knowledge of that room not being adequate for people to stay in and especially for elderly people who which I came with. When I went and asked for them to change our room or at least fix it they told us that they couldn’t do anything and made us stay in the room in the tropical weather of Cancun with ELDERLY people. And the reason I know they knew the room was not adequate for people was because they did sent someone the next day to fix it and I asked what had happened he responded that he was amazed they let people in because the previous day before we arrived a pipe broke. We stayed in the room, with them having obviously extra rooms, due to them having half the resort closed down for their own savings.

This is a place for locals to go to. Its a one star, the hotel is dark, rooms are ugly, nasty, everything is old and broken. I do not recommend it.

Booked ocean view but was given pool view when i arrived. Showers flood extremely easily. Room was on 6th floor and Elevators did not work. If you have a stroller extremely inconvenient. Food options very limited must book with pyramid to have access to all food options. Will stay at a different location next time I go to Cancun.

Where do you being with this place the views are the only thing that is amazing. The hotel sucks and don’t get me started with the staff they are the most rudest people ever. The food suck if you want good food you have to pay an extra charge for everything I would never go back there

A few cleanliness things would have made this property a lot better. Did not like the "push" for the Oasis membership. Felt quite deceived - was told it was a tour and free breakfast / massage only to then spend half a day (in our 4 day trip) in a presentation. Gustavo however was incredible - very friendly server who made us feel special.
