We attended the resort for a friend’s wedding and during the reception my boyfriend left his ray ban sunglasses on the table and by the end of the night the sunglasses were gone. We immediately told the wedding planner who initially told us security “will look at the cameras” (which we didn’t see any in the area) and she’ll let us know. Before leaving for the night I approached her again to ask when will we hear back from her and she switched her response and told me we have to go make a report by the front desk so it can get investigated. At this point we’re already upset because that should have never happened, but then she tops it off by giving us false information the first time we approach her only to switch it up later on. The next day we did the report and we were told we’d be informed of any results however we already left back home and we still haven’t heard back. Also,the food was terrible. The only good thing was breakfast and we even had a hard time getting that. The line was long and once we reached the front we were told we had to wait 15 mins to sit. During dinner we had an even worse experience at one of the Italian restaurants. Reservations were made for 14 people but when we arrived we were told only 9 could sit because there was no more space available. However there was a whole row of open tables and we were told by our friends who did sit that those tables remained open during their whole dining time. And the pool stinks by the swim up bar.Terrible time.

The property was nice however the quality of food and drinks at times was average at most. We stayed for 8 nights buffets pretty much had same food everyday. We payed for upgrade room with premium services however their special restaurants had mostly same type of food and basic sections. Alcohol level at most was average even though we booked a premium level. The highest level in tequila was don julio reposado at most. They did have some higher level alcohol but was at extra charge. One reason I booked a family selection level room was for the amenities and premium food and alcohol which was never provided.

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating, which made our stay far from pleasant. The food quality was mediocre at best, lacking the variety and flavor we’ve experienced at other all-inclusive resorts. Despite being only 8 years old, the property appeared run down and poorly maintained. Additionally, the air conditioning was inadequate, making it difficult to stay comfortable. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences we’ve had in terms of customer service.

Nice property. Food was ok. Drinks watered down for the most part. They dropped our luggage in water and we had to fight them for a credit. They ended up giving us complementary spa passes. They call you at 9:30 am just to check on you but in reality we needed to sleep in. Also got food poisoning on one of the days. Can’t pinpoint what it was exactly.

I use to love Grand Palladium Brand, and we had a lovely time and experience in October 2023. Our most recent trip, stay at Family Selection Grand Palladium, was not pleasant at all. The customer service was horrible and I had to contact front desk twice due to the lack of customer service . We didn't get assigned a butler, until being at the resort over 12 hours. We will never stay again!

Amazing Stay at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa I recently had an unforgettable stay at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa, and everything was fantastic. The room was spacious, modern, with a stunning ocean view, a super comfortable bed, and a very well-equipped bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was attentive. The spa, in particular, provided a truly relaxing experience. The resort has several pools, a clean private beach, and a variety of entertainment activities. The food was delicious, especially the seafood and Mexican cuisine at La Adelita restaurant. If you’re looking for a top-tier resort with exceptional service, Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres is the perfect choice!
