The restaurants were excellent except I wish the buffet would be open for dinner every day. Our butler took care of all our needs. He was excellent. Our room and view were top notch. I couldn’t ask for anything better.

Every restaurant is we ate at was delicious and i know for a fact we gained weight but it was happy weight the pool is open 24 hours so after dinner swim was beautiful the staff is amazingly nice

My husband and I went to celebrate our 30th Anniversary and my birthday. From checking in with Emilee, to our butler Manny, the pool guys Jonathon and Brandon and Pedro the bartender at the quiet pool. Everything was amazing! They truly get to know you and want to make sure you have the best stay. We were there when tropical storm Helene went through and the resort made us feel safe. If you want a relaxing, chill resort this is the one.

Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. Even with the construction going on, only complaint I would say is the construction that happened in the evenings was a bit much. Petro at the round pool was awesome!!! Levi would waited on us daily was on top of it we never not had a full drink. The restaurants were good we loved the Japanese food, hubby doesn’t eat sushi and gave it a try. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to go there.

The service was outstanding, staff is very friendly and willing to attend any request. The hotel provided a complimentary room upgrade. My room was upgraded. I would had like longer hours for the buffet but room service was great.

My husband and I just got back from our 6 day trip from Cancun and we stayed at Haven Riviera. It was amazing. The staff was so warm and welcoming! Shuttle pick up was so efficient! We both two excursions through Amstar at Haven Riviera and everything was just so efficient, from pick up time to bring us back to our resort. They are so organized and so friendly. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. This resort is very private there is not much around but that was exactly what we were looking for, it was so relaxing. It was not overly crowded. Such a beautiful resort with two different pools many different options for food and the food was not bad at all. Definitely looking forward to coming back. When we first checked in, we were greeted by the staff and the bell boy who helped us up to our room. I forgot his name, but he was just so amazing at explaining everything to us and engaging with us and just showing us around the resort it really made us feel so welcomed And the hostess at the flavors buffet was just always so nice and warm and welcoming in her smile, she was just amazing. I wish I knew her name.

I truly enjoyed this property. It’s relaxing, yet fun. Multiple restaurants to choose from for dinner. A show every night then a small bar/club vibe after. Night swimming. Multiple pools with different vibes and activitied The staff was so friendly. I can’t wait to come back!

Carlos, Cristina, Ermelito, and Camal each made our trip so fantastic! We had an awesome ocean front room, great food, and really enjoyed the hibachi at Satsu. Our favorite restaurant was Agua Bendita, especially the table side guacamole. The mixology bar in the lobby is worth a visit to try new cocktails. We golfed at the nearby course associated with Haven and it was a lovely course in the middle of the jungle. The spa was also nice, my husband and I had wonderful massages. Overall 5/5 rating!!

Nice extra features make it well worth it. The one and only issue we had was we did get roaches in our room. That is the only thing that would keep us from coming back. Everything else was 10/10!
