The staff were very attentive and very helpful. We stayed in the hideaway section and I liked how they have some kind of entertainment activities everyday. Overall I liked my stay and would recommend. The only thing was that the rooms needs to be maintained more and looks a bit old but other than that it was so much fun.

This resort has a ton of amenities! The butler service and experienced concierge were tremendous. The hideaway area for adults only was definitely separate from the kids section. Lots of pools, beautiful beach, exceptionally friendly staff. I will be back!

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but when I booked this trip and read other reviews it made me hesitant I’d like the resort but it was fantastic. Gorgeous interior. Really nice room. Only bad thing about our room was the jacuzzi wasn’t hot, the water was room temp. We enjoyed the entertainment- specifically the band and dinner at both the hibachi and steak house was amazing. The best part was how close to the airport it was (a 15 min cab ride) so we could maximize our short trip at the resort. Staff was lovely and very accommodating.

Way overpriced for what it is. If you want anything nice you need to pay a lot for more it. Checkin takes 2 hours and it's difficult to leave the hotel Would not stay here again.

Everyone greeted you and that was great. I pd for adult hideaway but i still had to go mainly on the family side for events and dinner was not expecting that bc that wasnt advertised booked it said adults only. Also, i didnt know that i was gonna be sold on a timeshare. Again everyone was nice but my plane was delayed and then i got stuck listening to come and let me sale a timeshare. My jetted tub didnt work but that got resolved the night before we left. I wasnt able to do the hydra spa bc i was trying to get in everything else that was going on. We tried room service that wasnt good food was cold. I had a roach in my room. But i seen the bug man there so that means they were resolving issues. I couldnt sit on my balcony it smelled like sewage. No garden view just awful. The rest of resort great.

I like that I could walk to the beach, but I didn’t like my experience overall. They required reservations for dinners (and it was always booked) the only place that didn’t require a reservation was the buffet. The room had not enough water pressure I couldn’t enjoy the jacuzzi because there was no hot water and the ocean view was blocked by a restaurant i could only see the ocean partially. I complained to the staff and my complaints were ignored. Asked me to seat and listen to buy a club membership for which I was going to be given a free massage and when I tried to claim it. I was told there was no availability to redeem my voucher. I felt like they were trying to scam me left and right!!!

The food is amazing. Drinks as well. Kid frinedly with alot of activites for them. The resprt is out dated but they were doing many repairs. The swim up pool rooms were really nice. But the water was cold.

The room wasn’t the cleanest, and had a terrible sewer smell. The hotel is beautiful but that smell in our room was awful. Dining is an issue here. You have to reserve dinner in advance and they full up quickly. All restaurants are closed from 11am-12:30pm which wasn’t clearly communicated so we had to wait a while to eat lunch the first day. We missed breakfast because we decided to sleep in. There are a lot of fun activities happening on the resort which was a plus. It wasn’t a horrible experience but I don’t think I’ll be back.
