Front desk slow
Took a lot of time to check in. When we arrived only 1 person at front desk checking in guests, and another doing nothing to help the long line of guests waiting. He was busy doing something else in the computer. Finally he ask another person to come out and help.

Nothing special and expensive for mexico
The bed was comfortable, the pool and gym were great. Staff were not very friendly, nor accommodating. There was no more conditioner in our bathroom, the walls were marked and stained in the bedroom, which was surprising for a Hilton chain. Conveniently located and shuttle is quick to the airport so it’s great for a morning flight but wouldn’t come back. Food at the restaurant was average at best and expensive and the breakfast is $19 dollars! Underwhelming overall!
