Hotel Nader is an excellent and affordable choice for a comfortable stay. The spacious, spotless rooms and peaceful surroundings make it very pleasant. Conveniently located next to the ADO bus station, it’s perfect for easy transit. While not in the hotel zone, its cleanliness, comfort, and value make it a great option for budget-conscious travelers.

Easy check-in/out. Hassle-free stay. Generous room size, comfortable beds… With nice homey-feel. Housekeepers did a great job of cleaning yet was able to stay out of your way. Very appreciative! Convenience location.

quiet, safe and comfortable. great for the price, especially if you’re trying to avoid the hotel row, all inclusive vibe. the building is old, but well maintained. and the amenities are sparse, but standard, in my xp traveling mexico. i would stay here again.

If you are one light sleeper, avoid this hotel. Not sure why so many reviews rate it as quiet, but I have found it noisy as I kept getting woken up by people opening and closing doors. Also the gates between floors require the keys to unlock, which make constant noise. They allow pets and someone with a barking dog went out aloud at night. Location is convenient and room is ok, but you get what you pay for. The toiletries do not include facial tissue, soap nor lotion. Water shower nozzles are confusing to figure out the directions without specification. No elevators for travelers with suitcases to go upstairs. I stayed for one night without much sleep and decided to leave the next day though I book 3 nights.

It was very clean and all the staffs are nice and respectful. There are good restaurants in walking distance. And we went to Cafe Nader for breakfast every morning. We didn’t feel dangerous walking around even after sunset.

Comfortable stay in the middle of town
Cafe Nader was a comfortable stay right in the middle of Cancun. Check in process was easy and the location was conveniently located to everything I needed .

Superb hidden gem
A hidden gem. This is a truly fabulous boutique style hotel. I arrived to a very warm welcome by Guillermo, night manager, who showed me to my room. The room was perfect - spacious, very clean and fresh ( great functioning AC). The bed - wow - so comfortable and I got an excellent night’s sleep. The location is very central and in a safe area. Even though it’s in the city center, I couldn’t believe how quiet it was in the hotel. It’s within walking distance to bars, restaurants, amenities and bus stop / station. All in all I had a perfect stay and I will definitely be back

Calm & tranquil retreat in Cancun
This was my favourite hotel in Mexico. A calm & tranquil retreat in Cancun. Close to the ADO bus station, close to shops, restaurants, shopping malls (if that's your thing). The patio is a great place to escape the sun, relax on a sun lounger in the shade, read a book. Cafe Nadir next door is wonderful.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It was always so quiet for sleeping. The air conditioning, shower and tv all worked perfectly. It was always clean. We would definitely stay there again. There were also lots of fantastic restaurants nearby. It was easy to take transit as well.
