Loved my time at Hyatt Vivid Grand Island. We spent 6 days, and we enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel overall is a quiet one which allows for a good relaxing experience. They could do better with their food options.. there are a few restaurants to try but only Le Lys and the taco truck was top notch in my opinion. Also a wider range of activities would be nice. The staff also was great. Everyone so helpful and nice. This hotel was not on a beach but they shuttle you to a private beach club which is really nice as well. Overall, i loved it

First impressions are everything, and the drive up to the resort is an absolute moment! You take a long winding road off the main road that goes past the golf course, and the views are absolutely stunning! Can I say how incredibly kind the staff is!!! The hospitality at this resort is top notch. The decor in the room is beautifully appointed. The bathroom is serene with a nod to old Mexico charm with a concrete shower. The bed is super comfortable!!! And the room is very spacious. The resort is not located on a beach, because it's on the inside of the bay instead of the Caribbean sea. But they have a complimentary shuttle that goes to the private beach club Ennea. Which is something out of a magazine with nods to Tulum decor, it is gorgeous and so serene. All of the restaurants are really good, Oishi is the best with Mediterraneo being a close second. Overall it is a beautiful resort. They are still building the second tower, which honestly you never hear and couldn't tell, it doesn't interfere. I can't wait to come back once they finish the second tower. I know it will be even better then

Pros -VIP Access lounge -Private Beach Club -The restaurants: Dalia, International, Aglio -Large rooms with nice decor Cons/Areas of improvement -Ordered room service 2 hours before leaving and it never showed up -The VIP resort credit was in the form of coupons/discounts. At other locations the credit is like cash and can be used anywhere on the resort. Consider switching to that.

This was my first all inclusive resort experience and I had a great time. I really enjoyed the private beach club which only takes about 5 minutes through the hotel's shuttle. I liked the fact that it was adults only and it never felt too crowded besides the pools during the peak afternoon hours. Staff was very friendly and I recommend the vantage club option if it's not too expensive.

The hotel itself is nice and clean. There were some maintenance people working everyday we were there but i am not sure if that was typical upkeep work( especially given how close it is to the ocean) or not. We were scheduled to stay a week but left early as the staff was always trying to upsell us something even after we said we weren't interested(which isn't on them since i am sure that came from higher up). I believe this is a newer hotel so once they get up and running I am sure they will be great!

My husband and I traveled here for our anniversary and this place was amazing. We had the vantage upgrade & it was worth it. When you are a gold member with expedia you automatically have the upgrade. The highlight of our trip was Carlos at the vantage bar. Every drink and every interaction was welcoming. The room was spacious. The rooftop pool was beautiful. It felt like home. We didn’t run into one rude employee. All were friendly.

Everything about this all inclusive hotel was absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations. Every single staff member was so attentive, polite and friendly. Everything was incredibly clean. Food was amazing. Drinks were delicious. The breakfast buffet was by far my favorite. My favorite staff members were Oropeza and Gustavo. The beach club was beautiful as well. I would highly recommend this place for your next vacation to Cancun Mexico 🇲🇽
