Las personas que estĆ”n en recepciĆ³n muy malas para ayudar mi secadora en el cuarto no servĆ­a y no habĆ­a una extra en todo el hotel para que me la cambiaran tardaron dos dĆ­as en ponerme una buena, los servicios del restaurante pesimos tienen mucho personal y todos parados nadie te atiende hasta que los llamas te traen un cafĆ© y como 20 minutos despuĆ©s el azĆŗcar y crema y eso por quĆ© se los pides la verdad jamĆ”s me volverĆ­a hospedar ahĆ­ me metĆ­ a baƱar y toda con jabĆ³n y se fue el agua tardo 20 minutos en regresar y los managers ni se diga se preocupan mĆ”s por que mĆŗsica pone el dj que por ver que los clientes estĆ©n bien atendidos

Lovely cozy jungle room, detached and simple
My husband and I stayed here for a couple nights during a longer stay on Isla Mujeres. We upgraded to a jungle room but they donā€™t tell you itā€™s across the street from the resort. The front desk agent was a bit unfriendly, nice but seemed bothered we arrived to drop bags early which seemed very common given it was more of a fancy backpackers resort. The room itself has a lovely jungle feel but is bare minimum. No where to put anything and our toilet wouldnā€™t fill with water after the first flush. Definitely visit the sushi place next door for hibachi!

Danny the manager was wonderful! We really felt like we were with family! The staff bent over backwards to accommodate the 8 of us! The property is beautiful! The food is amazing!

Well, hostel is so impressive, for that price I felt like I booked some really expensive resort. Clean rooms, friendly staff, YOGA in the morning was just stunning, Thank you. I would recommend you upgrade or work on the pear because it was not supper comfortable to swim but if I will ever have a chance, I will definitely come one more time. Highly recommend!!!!

We absolutely loved this room with a tub in the jungle. Right next door was a rambunctious restaurant that was super fun with hibachi and the waiters were so friendly, we made lots of friends that night and went back again. The bar across the street was right on the beach and was also incredible. Just awesome place to stay

Travelers bewareā€¦ they are under major construction and rooms may not be what you expect. The construction noise was CRAZY loud and to top it off the loud ā€œTECHNOā€ music played into the late night hours šŸ˜©. Unfortunately, it wasnā€™t what we expected at all. It seems that the hotel puts everyone into one categoryā€¦ ā€œparty timeā€, and they donā€™t realize that some people just want a relaxing restful vacation. There was also some kind of leak in our room on the last night.., we woke up to a lot of water under our beds coming from the side wall šŸ˜­. On the up sideā€¦ they had a few activities we enjoyed during the day. Most of staff was also very nice. And finally, the location of the hotel is beautiful.

This property is absolutely gorgeous and makes you truly feel like you're away from the worlds worries. Its away from the central area so its much quieter and easier to sleep. The breakfast offered was delicious, fresh and very generously portioned. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the offer of luggage storage was amazing for exploring the island after check out the next morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely location on the beach but loud music
The location is amazing and the beach is so beautiful. The area on the beach is very paradise like. However one big issue during the whole stay was the loud music - both in the beach area and around the room (we had a jungle room). The music in the beach area is unnecessarily loud making it hard to talk and even read something. The music itself was good but why so loud? The music was an issue again in the room as there was a restaurant just next to it playing extremely loud music until 23:30 during the weekend. Thereā€™s a gap in the door which makes the music leak in and you can feel the bass in the room. Another minus is the service both at the reception and in the beach/bar area. In general very slow and not so attentive. Worth noting is also that there is a bathtub in the room but thereā€™s not enough water to fill it - after filled about 25% the water stopped running.
