For 5 days stay we haven’t had one single day when we can sit on beach chairs next to the pool or even towel ( few times a day they were out if towels)…. Lunch and dinner in buffet were very limited and dinner in restaurants very small portions

Huge difference from moon palace. Other than lemon fish, food was of poor quality. Expensive spa. We came for tropical food. Papaya, Guava, Pineapple were limited. Coconut water cost was exorbitant like Europe. Too expensive for average quality. Hats off to all hardworking staff there. Not sure if they make enough money to justify their hard work.

The flight and airport transportation were excellent—smooth, punctual, and hassle-free. At the resort, checking in at the front desk was a bit disappointing. Despite booking in advance and repeatedly requesting a specific bed preference (even submitting the arrival form three times with the details clearly mentioned), the request could not be accommodated. I understand room assignments are subject to availability, but it was frustrating given the multiple attempts to ensure this detail was addressed. Eventually, they offered a room on a different floor, but it took some effort to resolve. On a positive note, the dinner options were fantastic, and reserving through Expedia was incredibly convenient. However, the all-inclusive buffet experience left much to be desired. The food quality was average, and there was always a rush during breakfast and lunch, requiring long waits in line. That said, everything else about the resort was exceptional—the service, property, and location were truly 5-star.

Awful resort. Rooms are extremely dated, old, run down, disgusting. Rooms and bathrooms feel like a subway station. You won't be able to sleep at night as you will here loud music until 4 am. Food is also terrible. The buffet has limited seating, service, and food selection. All the food is old recycled food from the previous days including the specialty restaurants. For kids, there's almost nothing for them here. Restaurants and buffet dont even serve kids food.

The concierge only contacted me the next day of my arrival. The restaurants were very difficult to book ( concierge will initially tell you that is all booked until you insist and complain when suddenly finds space), Malva food is very low quality with long lines for the reasonable dishes, and very limited protein, the included excursion did not have space ( found space only after complain), the service at the beach is very slow ( 2 drinks in 5 hours), no refill in minibar if you don’t call. Very low level service for a beautiful hotel.

when i arrived they give me 1st floor bay side view not ocean view even though i show them i paid ocean view , they told me i had to pay extra for a upgrade , i did pay 75 extra per day then i found out hotel was empty not many people stay and a guest came to me ands ask me if i had to upgrade for oceanview he was mad. then we decided to ask other guest and then too had to pay extra for ocean view don't recommend this resort being to 4 resorts in cancun and this one is the worst

The rooms were outdated and need some upgrades for the price that I paid for them , the buffett was to small and the food choices were very limited , I had to wait about 45 mins for my omeltte to be done, the servers at the beach and and the restaurant could do a better job, only the cielo was amazing, I really don’t recommend this hotel for the price that they offer better go to Hyatt or Riu Palace ,
