This was our first time travelling together and celebrating our honeymoon. From our arrival we had great service from the front desk. However, we were hoping for an upgrade for our honeymoon but unfortunately we had to pay a few hundred dollars. Otherwise, our stay and experience was excellent. The food and drinks were good and the staff were amazing. We are definitely going to come back and would recommend anyone to come here. 4.5/5

This is a great resort option for those wanting a one-stop shop. It is in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the north part of the island, so in walking distance to beaches and other fun stuff. The concierge and hotel staff are very helpful and their breakfast buffet and staff we're a delight. The woman who checked us in was a bit off, and made us feel a little awkward at first but that was are only interaction with her, everyone else was great. Would defintiely come back here.

We came to Isla for a wedding. Not sure why folks rag on this hotel. It was perfect. It's not flashy- but valuewise. Well worth it.

Localización y área de playa excelentes.
Tras algunos "malentendidos" iniciales, Arturo (el director) y Fran (perdón, no recuerdo el cargo) estuvieron muy atentos y solícitos para que nuestra estancia en el hotel terminara siendo muy grata. La localización del hotel y el área de las palapas y tumbonas de la playa es de lo mejor (me gustaría resaltar el encomiable trabajo del personal de ese área). Por ponerle un pero, el incordio de tener que pedir, esperar y firmar el ticket cada vez que consumes algo en alguno de los restaurantes (aunque vayas con el paquete "Todo incluido" y no tengas que pagar nada).

PA is a great place because of its updated buildings and GREAT food. The staff is very attentive and welcoming. This place is an upscale type of Bed and Breakfast but we did the All Inclusive and did not regret it. Our goal was to enjoy the resort and just relax since it was our Anniversary and 1st trip to Isla Mujeres.

We liked that it was Adults Only. The Beach is beautiful and the hotel is convenient to so many fun, walkable places. The staff was great, Isela was very attentive and friendly and made our stay enjoyable. We've stayed on Isla four times at other hotels and we will definitely stay here again. They had golf carts available at the hotel which was nice. We upgraded to a larger suite and the room was beautiful and very large with a jacuzzi tub on the balacony.
