Loved food choices. Great people- service. My family and friends loved it. It isbeing upgraded on the 12 floor. This is not new facility but still good for me and my family. Soccer field and tennis court need immidate attention- not usable at this time. If not for this I would highly recommand Seadust.

Property is an old hotel. The bathroom is old everything is not renovated nor replaced. For dining you can not take food to go to your room and after 1030pm or 1130pm there is only one place open for food and it only offer sandwiches. There is no such think as free room service it is a $10 fee each time you use it. Every time you go to the buffet there is a line just for them to ask you each time your room number, last name!!! Please don’t spend your money on this resort! The food was good but it is the same food every single day; the menu never change. After my third day there, I already know what we will have for breakfast, dinner and lunch!!!! Please don’t waste your money and don’t trust the pictures of this hotel online it was maybe from 10 years ago.

The property was very nice . Best vegetarian food I ever had in South America . We had a toddler he enjoyed a lot. Perfect getaway for family. Beach was very close.

We are vegetarian so we had some food issues. However I still had great experience. We had to repeat most of the food items, but can’t blame them. I wish they had Veggie burger options. We missed fresh fruits or vegetables juices. Most juice felt like water based or flavored.

Beach was beautiful!! Service was fantastic! Luis our waiter by the pool was great! Alwx and Salvador were great at the snack bar bar, very personable and friendly. All in all great experience. Food was very good as well, our favorite was at the Manhattan!!

Everything we experienced was as advertised with my research prior to making the decision to go which was fantastic. I was pleasantly impressed by the quality of the food in the restaurants. It exceeded my expectations. It truly was an ideal resort for families and children of all ages. With that being said there was still lots for the adults to enjoy too. No regrets with our decision or experience.
