We stayed from Sunday - Thursday , 10/10 experience the theme nights with shows were my favorite , the staff were super nice and check in and out was also super easy thanks to Marco and Odalys . Maria was our waiter most nights she was amazing and very attentive to us. Overall great place only thing I didn't like was that there was too much smoke from smoke machine during shows .

Having stayed at various resorts all over the world this is absolutely the best. Starting with a friendly greeting when you arrive, the registration team was absolutely outstanding. To mention two special individuals, Marco & Aden, who provided outstanding support. Covered all of the amenities the resort offered, noted that we were returning customers and asked how we enjoyed our previous stay. Offered us a room upgrade to give us an idea of what the Grand Master Suite offered. After staying in the fabulous suite we will always book the Grand Master Suite whenever possible for all future visits. Check-in and Checking-out was a breeze. The restaurants always provided fabulous meals and the buffet always fully stocked. Definitely looking forward to returning over and over again. Thanks so much to Marco and Aden for their attention to detail and support.

I’ve been coming for this resort three times this year, so what happened the last year for me which is now received a Bad service in the buffer restaurant I was asking for two bottle of water and they said we don’t have it. They bring me the water in the Cup and then I saw them. They was hiding the bottle of the water so I cannot see them They took it to the other table when I talk to the people they This work there they wasn’t care about it and they didn’t even say sorry.marco&odalgsc thank you for the Ramon. Thank you for the service. These two person they work in the front desk for Expedia.
