This was the coolest experience ever! I definitely recommend to anybody who is looking for a constant party and a great time with super good vibes and great people, employees and guests! Check out the excursions around Cancun and make sure to visit the beach at the resort! We felt like a king and queen there and they catered to us super well! A trip to remember.

This was our 12th visit to the property and it continues to amaze us. The food continues to improve and the theme night shows are light years better than any other resort. The beach white gold all night party was amazing. We stayed in our favorite room (1721) and laughed, danced and enjoyed a quick Thanksgiving break. Special thanks to our favorite bar tender who we found in the sports bar Israel, and Marco and Darys at the front desk.

We have been going to this resort for quite a few years. We have always loved the vibe and fun. Things were quickly tarnished for us on arrival when they did not want to honour our room category nor provide us with an upgrade according to VIP benefits. We finally received our room quite late. We were given VIP benefits for around the resort which included premium liquor and access to sky bar. Two days later, we were upgraded to a different room based on the check in review I gave. However, we felt this came with parameters as the fellow helping us requested we give a better review based on the upgrade. Yes we felt this was nice but also felt it was also done due to the review and not what we paid for or the upgrade we were supposed to get as they offered the room at an increased cost on day of check in. Rooms - definitely showing age, smelling of mould, dirty and disrepair. Certainly not reflective of the price paid. No hot water at times. Closets broken in both rooms. Bed comfortable enough for Mexico standards. Grounds - not as clean as previous years. Greenery seemed sparse. Definitely showing age. There has been no upgrades and buildings exterior and interior need serious upgrade to reflect price being charged as compared to other brands. Food - awful. Inconsistent quality. Running out of items. Staff- always awesome! You can’t get this vibe or fun anywhere else but they need to improve the facilities and the bait and switch at check in.
