If you are looking to save money, have a decent and clean place to stay, this may be the place for you.
Pros: clean, two bedrooms, one king size bed, two beds in the second room. There is full kitchen with stove and they provided clean water in a bottle! There is a nice patio in the back with chairs. We stayed at apartment #1. it is a small building in downtown off from the hotel zone.
Cons: building is not marked as a hotel. It looks like a house so it is hard to find. The breakfast is not rea breakfast. They give you a bag of bread, jelly, and a bottle of orange juice. The coffee maker wasn't working for us. However, right across the street, you can get really yummy breakfast for cheap. Definitely try Casa de abuellas. They have amazing pastries.
Also, it is a bit outside of the main turns tic area. You can take the bus to the terminals or downtown, or the beach. It was quite the experience taking buses with the locals.
Overall, I reccomend this place and will come back for stay with them again. It is a family owned place, the owner is friendly (fluent English), and the place is worth the price
