We love resort. Have been 3 times, and plan to come back in a year or so. The staff make you feel like family. The resort has lots to offer. And their actives will keep you busy ALL THE TIME. The nightly shows are amazing. The candy store is super cute, and fun. The beach is clean, and they keep the seaweed to a minimum, The pools are awesome, and the pool staff make sure you always have a drink in your hand.

I have stayed at over dozen all inclusive resorts in my life. Mostly, I was overwhelmed by how friendly the staff are at this resort . So humble, happy and helpful! I read a ton of reviews before deciding to book. Here's my honest opinion.... The FOOD was so good, maybe other people just make bad choices? the restaurants are so fun in the evenings and they feed you until you are satisfied. I did not like any of the desserts at any point during any meal(I have a sweet tooth, so this was a bit disappointing) there is a coffee bar that made me so happy . amazing . The ladies tried to clean my room everyday, I only accepted three times because I keep a clean room. but when they do clean, it is fast and effective there is a slight mold smell when the AC unit runs. yes there are leaks when it rains ... but you have to remember people you are heading into a humid tropical rain forest !! there are a ton of maintenance workers and cleaners working nonstop trying to fix and update as best as they can . i appreciate their efforts . most of the other hotels along the same strip on the beach are very dilapidated and worn from the constant beating of the rain and wind . the wyndham is trying very hard to keep things nice. I did have a massage as well.. highly recommend my kids love the candy shop we walked to the shops down the street safely (20 min one way) lastly .. the beach !! its gorgeous , the sand is soft and white and the water is turquoise . breathtaking the pools are small

The staff at this Hotel is simply amazing! Every single person I encountered was friendly, helpful, kind and respectful. I would like to thank Mr. Esteban at front desk who made arrangements for my birthday welcome in my Suite! He also followed up with me during my stay reg other matters to make sure I was having a good time. On the other hand Mr. Garcia - front desk security supervisor- was very helpful and kind addressing some requests I had. In general, they all make the difference! My room was super comfortable and spacious! They have music and entertainment at night which was very fun and the beach is out of this world!! Clean, warm water, turquoise Caribbean gem!!! I totally recommend this Hotel!! Thank you so much for making my stay so special!!

I had a good time at the hotel and the majority of the staff were kind and polite to us. However , the downside I had was at one of the restaurants the staff was taking too long to attend us and one staff that is part of the excursion was not respecting our time at the hotel since we barely arrived and we wanted to enjoy the facility and eat lunch. We got couple massages and we got them with Liliana and Martha and they were so good! Get the anti stress massages!

The food at the buffet was tolerable. The bacon at the buffet was never cooked. The beef at dinner time was always tough. The TV in the room never work right due to in WIFI being weak. Only one channel worked properly and that was AXN.

The resort itself is beautiful. Right on the beach. Huge open lobby. Our room was big, clean, comfortable. Everyone was very friendly. The food was ok, not great — the buffet is the best bet because you can find something there you like. The Italian restaurant required a reservation despite being ‘first come first served.’ We still waited an additional 30min beyond the hour we were told. The food there was underwhelming for the time we waited. Not a lot to do when it rains. There’s a ‘Rainy Day Activity’ schedule but it wasn’t adhered to..we waited in the lobby bar for bingo but it never took place. It was our first time in Mexico..will likely stay elsewhere next time.
