I have stayed at over dozen all inclusive resorts in my life. Mostly, I was overwhelmed by how friendly the staff are at this resort . So humble, happy and helpful! I read a ton of reviews before deciding to book. Here's my honest opinion.... The FOOD was so good, maybe other people just make bad choices? the restaurants are so fun in the evenings and they feed you until you are satisfied. I did not like any of the desserts at any point during any meal(I have a sweet tooth, so this was a bit disappointing) there is a coffee bar that made me so happy . amazing . The ladies tried to clean my room everyday, I only accepted three times because I keep a clean room. but when they do clean, it is fast and effective there is a slight mold smell when the AC unit runs. yes there are leaks when it rains ... but you have to remember people you are heading into a humid tropical rain forest !! there are a ton of maintenance workers and cleaners working nonstop trying to fix and update as best as they can . i appreciate their efforts . most of the other hotels along the same strip on the beach are very dilapidated and worn from the constant beating of the rain and wind . the wyndham is trying very hard to keep things nice. I did have a massage as well.. highly recommend my kids love the candy shop we walked to the shops down the street safely (20 min one way) lastly .. the beach !! its gorgeous , the sand is soft and white and the water is turquoise . breathtaking the pools are small

Upon arrival Angel was amazing. Very welcoming he helped with parking, took our luggage up to the room. He made us felt like we been knowing him forever. So let’s start by saying the airport is a disaster. It’s gross, the bathrooms don’t even work. And Do not stop talk to anybody until you meet with your driver. They are all trying to scam you or get you to buy a timeshare. And then the second you get to the resort, Someone else will grab you pull you over to a desk and act like it is part of the process before you can get to your room to try to scam you into a timeshare again. And pretty much every time you walk through the lobby, they will try different ways to try to con you into a meeting to sell you something. From the time I got off the plane till the time I got back on the plane, I did not go more than a few hours without somebody trying to sell me something. As for the resort itself, it is pretty nice. Fridge did not work but other than that, and the high pressure sales it was pretty nice

I had an amazing week vacation at Wyndham Alltra All-Inclusive Resorts. From the moment I arrive at the property and was assisted with my bag by Diego who was extremely friendly and helpful. He showed me a little of the property as well. Thanks Diego! I was then checked-in by Jesus who offered an upgrade to my reservation and was so courteous during the check-in process. Thank you Jesus. I'd also like to mention the amazing work of the gentleman that served the wine, I believe his name is Fredy. He was courteous and offered me reservations at the Italian Restaurant. I truly had an enjoyable week thanks to these individuals and the entire staff as well. All of the waiters were nice and friendly and always went above and beyond during the entire stay. The resort was clean, lots to do and close to the Isla Mall. The views from my room of the beach was immaculate. I'll be back for sure. Thank you Wyndham Alltra!

The service was excellent, the entire staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is great for all guests, and is also very family friendly. We traveled with a 5 year old and 23 month old twins and they had the best time. Plenty of activities and entertainment for all. The hotel is smaller in comparison to most in the hotel zone, however, plenty of pools and beach space. Felt like everything was close by. The beach is amazing, the pools were well maintained, and the drinks were good. Not strong, but good. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended and is great for the family
