We love resort. Have been 3 times, and plan to come back in a year or so. The staff make you feel like family. The resort has lots to offer. And their actives will keep you busy ALL THE TIME. The nightly shows are amazing. The candy store is super cute, and fun. The beach is clean, and they keep the seaweed to a minimum, The pools are awesome, and the pool staff make sure you always have a drink in your hand.

To be fair, we don’t have a comparison point. It was our first all inclusive resort and we loved it. Easy travel with kids. Staff was friendly. Beach is beautiful. We loved the pool. Bummed out the slide was in renovation but it was still great

This was our first time staying at an all inclusive in Mexico and it was amazing! The food and beach was amazing! Our bartenders were absolutely lovely. The only thing we would have liked was there to be more then 1 pool for adults as it was always very busy

The hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating. There was always food and drinks available. One thing was booking and purchasing a catamaran trip to Isla Mujeres with the company in the lobby was very misleading. It would be better to go to the island on the ferry and be able to enjoy the island on your own. The company made it seem like you would be able to tour the island but they kept you contained in their own little beach area and you were not allowed to leave. But that is a separate review from the resort. There was not a lot of entertainment at the resort and it is not in walking distance of stores but you can ride the pubic bus for 1$ a person.

The hotel is definitely old. The food was mediocre. The Mexican restaurant sucked for it to be in Mexico, but I enjoyed the Asian cuisine. My spouse did not like any of the food. Breakfast anywhere was horrible and had no taste. Everything practically closes at 11 especially the bar and restaurants. After that, it’s only the cafe which was ok. The staff were pretty nice depending on who you spoke with. Overall would not recommend this hotel in Cancun especially with picky children not many food options and needs a lot of upgrades. Concierge accommodated me when I was highly upset that I paid for a master suite and did not get that; “they don’t go based off the pictures” per the supervisor which is unheard of. However, we made the best of the few days we were there…
