Everything included in this quaint studio apartment! Nightly, weekly, monthly! Free electric, water, wifi, cable. Three miles from interstate 90, Five miles from Lake Vermilion, and an easy commute of 35 miles to Sioux Falls.
You will have a 12' x 22' room plus a 6' x 8' bathroom. Your room has two full beds and a retractable curtain which reaches all the way across the room, dividing the room into 2 sleeping spaces. A kitchenette with two stove tops, microwave, mini fridge, pots/pans, cutlery, crock pot, coffee pot. The bathroom features a roomy walk-in shower, grab bars, 15" stool, and vanity with medicine cabinet. Pack N' Plays available for infants. Iron and ironing board included.
Maid service free with nightly rates. Maid service available upon request, but not required, at an extra charge for bi-weekly or monthly rates. Tax applies for nightly and bi-weekly rates. NO tax for monthly rates!
