Everything here was amazing! Staff was great, room was clean, loved the soap from Rocky Mountain Soup Company. Only complaint is the parking, it's terrible.

Little bit tidy parking area behind the building for a truck. But over all it’s Very clean and nice hotel. Would come anytime again. Thank you for keeping it Nice and Clean!!!

The service is impersonal as everything is handled online (check in and check out). I appreciated the ease of this set up, but non-technical people may find this challenging. Room is basic, clean and had plenty of space along with basic amenities (fridge, coffee maker). Bed was comfy and parking was straightforward. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants and cafes.

My stay in May was great, however it changed. They stopped serving continental breakfast in October. Since I arrived, the wifi has been terrible. The staff seemed quite dismissive of the issue, they said maintenance would come by, but didnt. They claimed the manager would look into it, but didnt. The carpet and rooms are dated. Beds are hard and pillows are soft. I stay in Canmore twice a year for a retreat. I will be booking elsewhere.

I liked the location. The bed and room were fine. If you're a light sleeper, the train is going to bother you a lot. Luckily I am not a light sleeper. The morning lady at the desk was a not helpful and rude. This is a no frills place, so if you just need a place to stay, do need staff, and are not a light sleeper, it's fine.
