The Blackstone was very convenient to all activities we did in the area. The rooms had all the conveniences of being home and felt very warm. We would def consider this location on our next trip

I liked this motel, but, due to not having a car. It was hard to get around. We are in our seventies, and we had mobility issues. I wish it did have a dining place where we could eat simple and cheaper meals. This proved difficult for us and quite expensive.

Was really looking forward to staying at this hotel but was told at check in that there was a problem and we’d been moved to another hotel which was supposed to be an upgrade. The other hotel was fine but didn’t feel particularly upgraded. We were initially given a room right next to the elevator and with a view of the wall. We did get moved after complaining but certainly did not feel upgraded. The restaurant was actually excellent and the staff were very friendly. Pool was ok but the hot tub was not operating. Second room was comfortable and clean.

Parking garage way too narrow. Our car was damaged. Limited parking in area. The overall feel of the hotel felt "outdated." Carpets in the suits were dirty and run down looking. The location is good for walking to town centre area. Suites are spacious.

The staff is friendly and professional and the facilities are excellent! The pool and hot tubs open early and close at 10 and were well maintained. Great indoor underground parking plus we appreciated the loaner bear spray for our hiking expeditions. The two bedroom suite was fabulous—we had everything we needed from in suite laundry to kitchen essentials and so much space! Clean, modern and fresh! 10/10 would recommend.
