This property is tired, old, dated, and overpriced. The staff are fantastic and are doing a great job. However, the entirety of the property badly needs renovation and updating. I would recommend spending a bit more money and staying somewhere newer. It'll be worth it.

Expedia was noted that I was given a HANDICAP DOUBLE BED room. When I complained management told me that was by EXPEDIA request. I was not pleased I specifically state in my provide HANDICAP NOT REQUIRED. I had requested a Double Queen Room. Not a cold tile floor room for handicap folks.

Overall comfortable
Checked in before supper. Room was comfortable and clean. Fire alarm went off around 4am, but was handled quickly. Staff responded quickly to guest's inquiries and were apologetic. I wanted to have the buffet breakfast and bring food back up to my room as I had work to do, but it's only offered in restaurant. This is my one critique - it would be nice to offer a takeout option as some guests may prefer to eat back in their hotel room.

Room was great & we barely heard the trains going by. The hot tub was nice but the pool area could use a really good sand blast & repaint as the rust is really bad from the humidity. Overall stay was excellent!

We were on a long trip and it was so nice to find everything we need in our room in the way of microwave, fridge, and comfortable bed. Everything was nice & clean with such consideration for our pet. We felt welcome by the customer service at check in. Very happy!!!

Great spot for families with children. Beautiful location and quaint hotel with a water slide. The pool is small so really only enough room for the water sliders. Hot tub is nice. Rooms are decent but dated and there wasn't much quality hygiene products offered as I am used to.

Loved our 7 night stay at this motel! The suite was clean and well kept. Of course it needs some upgrades but we were there to hike and this was a nice clean and quiet during the week place to land. We found a nice bakery around the corner and used the small kitchenette for most all of our meals! Very comfortable and ALL of the staff were exceptional! Seriously enjoyed them all!
