Hotel room was great. Separate area for beds and couch/tv area. You could close a door and have some privacy if someone was tired and another wanted to watch tv or do some work. Hotel staff were very accommodating with our request for an early check-in. Would definitely recommend!

Was quite disappointed with very uncomfortable beds. Both nights staying at the hotel was a poor sleep and the mornings were about recovering from a sore stick back. The property looks nice but definitely not worth the rates with uncomfortable beds.

Deepak and Karan (spelling) were very helpful. Coffee was good. Property was too small for the number of guests e.g. hard to get a parking spot. Pool was small and therefore crowded. It would have been better to keep the pool open longer. The area outside the reception for receiving guests and departing guests was too small and interfered with service vehicles e.g. deliveries

The outside hothub's environment is so good! Soaking in warm water with snowy mountains in the background; it was an ethereal feeling. If there was just free breakfast, this hotel would be perfect.
