This condo is located close to many walking paths and trails. It is a short walk to downtown and many nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Canmore is a wonderful town in the Rocky Mountains. Just outside the Banff National Park gates, Canmore offers access to all of the outdoor activities that the mountains have to offer. Hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, swimming, sightseeing, and so much more!

Canmore is growing quickly, and with growth in such a beautiful part of the world comes an increase in visitors—especially when it comes to parking. If you’re travelling with more than one vehicle, please be prepared for some challenges, particularly with street parking. The most difficult time to find a space is often later in the evening.

You’ll find a few options for parking in Canmore:
Limited Free Street Parking – Available on a first-come, first-served basis in some areas.
Paid Parking Lots – Certain public and private lots offer hourly or daily rates.
Standard-Sized Stalls – Most designated spots (including the first included vehicle space) are standard size, which may be tight for large vehicles or trucks.
Please note: The busiest times for parking are during high season (June through the end of September) and on weekends year-round. Plan ahead and allow extra time to secure parking during these periods.

Excellent base for Banff explorations

Cosy vacation condo, very well furnished and stocked. The resort amenities are also great. Lots of restaurants and stores in the neighborhood. Keep an extra 20mins one way for the drive towards Banff. The underground garage is tight for larger vehicles.

Good family option

This fit the 6 of us great -- two bedrooms, plus the sofa bed, and two bathrooms! It was nice having a location that was outside the crowds of Banff, and a short drive to downtown Canmore. The kitchen had just enough things for us to cook dinner and breakfast. It was great if you dont plan on hanging out there much (balcony is small, and the interior design is a dark motif, so good for sleeping/eating vs enjoying the setting).

Home away from home

Our overall stay was great! Location was perfect. The property was clean and it had everything we need for a family of four. We only noticed that the blinds in one of the bedrooms need to be replaced or fixed. We will definitely recommend this property to our family and friends and we will definitely come back in the future!

Well stocked suite with good beds and in a great location. The underground parking is really nice to have as well. The layout is appreciated if you are travelling with friends or family as you have personal space in addition to the common areas.

A Perfect Little Getaway

Nice roomy condo, separate entrance for both areas, well stocked and nicely prepared for our stay with bath and shower supplies, and kitchen was well stocked. Good quality appliances etc. Easy and fast checkin and underground parking. Will book again!

Well stocked and comfortable

Pros - you do well stocking the place with towels, coffee filters, coffee, soaps, dishwasher and laundry soap - beds are mostly comfy (hard edges on them) but once laying down very comfy - mostly clean. I have seen way worse - The location is great - underground parking great - lots of space for a family of 4 - allowing our dog was great - keyless entry great and having 1 code to all the buildings was so convenient - Insuite laundry was awesome - park pass was excellent - new plush carpets You can tell you guys want everyone to enjoy their stay Some of the cons have been discussed directly with the property owner. I would choose Fenwick Rentals to rent from in the future.

Property was exceptionally comfortable, clean, safe, quiet, well-located, and very nicely decorated. Amenities were outstanding: 3 fireplaces, 3 TV’s and 2 balconies, swimming pool and hot tub. Instructions from owners were clear and thorough, and a very courteous representative was prompt to respond to our questions. Brand new plush carpeting had just been installed in the bedrooms the day prior to our arrival (we made sure to remove our shoes at the entrance). An ideal rental property for our purposes and our family, and we hope to return in the near future. Thank you!

Beautiful condo with separate bedrooms and bathrooms, location great for walk to town centre and many hiking trails. Brigitte Bar and Wood Restaurants both great and had GF food and beer offerings. Kitchen good for breakfast in condo. An instruction sheet would be helpfull for the main tv. (we could not get cable tv for the world series baseball)

This property is close to dining and shopping. The rooms are good sized, A/C and heating work well. The shower rooms are nice, I like the bathroom fixtures too. Checking in and out was easy, free covered parking and free park pass for the duration of the stay is a bonus. We had a great stay.
