A 1 bedroom apartment of 45sqm with a nice terrace of 15sqm located in a newly-built modern and stylish building close to Port Vauban.

A traditional apartment with a large, private outside terrace that adds to it's charm. Ideally located for anyone wishing to visit the abundant nearby tourist spots, have a quiet retreat away from it all, or for the balmy beach lover or sailing fanatic. Set on the edge of the old town, tastefully furnished with all modern amenities. The flat is only a 5min walk away from the Antibes train station where frequently run trains will take you to Nice or Cannes in less than half an hour, as well as many other destinations.

A fully-equipped open plan kitchen and living room includes a chic dining table and 4 chairs, a smart sofa, a television and direct access to the terrace which is perfect for relaxing. The sofa can be easily converted into a second comfortable double bed. The Master bedroom and living room both have direct access to the terrace through large glass double doors that fill the flat with natural light. Highlights in the main shower room with a large vanity basin with mirror and a stylish heated towel rail. There is also an additional WC in a separate cloakroom.

Ideal for a long or short-stay holiday where you can make the most of all that Antibes has to offer: beaches, restaurants, traditional food and crafts markets, sailing etc... This apartment is in a quiet area but within the heart of the town, close to the port and all amenities. It's a short 2min walk to the old town with its picturesque cobbled streets, ramparts and stunning sea views. There are plenty of lovely scenic walks, whether you stay close by and explore the Cap D’Antibes - a wonderful, wooded, hilly area, full of chic villas you find down little lanes that lead to nowhere except a great view – or venture further afield to the Parc de la Valmasque – a parkland of soft undulating vales encouraging enriching nature observation walks, family activities and sporting tracks. You can even follow an artist trail around Antibes, as the town has celebrated the many artists who fell in love with the town by putting stands at all the places where the artists set up their easels and captured the scenes for ever. (An easy to follow map is available at the Tourist Office). For those who love being on the water, it is possible to hire sailing boats, speed boats, kayaks etc. from Antibes and its neighbouring Juan-Les-Pins, or merely gaze in awe at the huge range of immaculate super yachts moored in the nearby port. You can travel further afield by taking a ferry boat across the water, visiting the local islands, or even pop over to San Tropez for a day trip and a genuine San Tropez tan. Bicycles, mopeds and even roller blades can all be hired from local shops and are a wonderful way to explore Antibes and the Cote D’Azur coastline.

Over half an hour late to let us into the property. Also you have to pick key up about 10mins from property and drop it off there. Check out is 10am which is plenty of time clean property before check in. Cleaners didnt go in till an an hour before check in. We had àsked if we could check in earlier but that woulnt have been possible as cleaners were late anyway. Location of property was great on the plus side. Outside furniture very dated. Has been mentioned in previous reviews.

Perfect apartment in Antibes
The lady came to check us in just as we arrived and explain things to us. The apartment was three blocks from the train station and three blocks from the center of town. Nice and clean and in a very safe neighborhood. We were very pleased that it had a nice size half bath and efficient kitchen. Also a washing machine. It does not have a dryer so you have to hang clothes outside in the private patio. The only thing it could have used would have been more details in writing on how to operate the appliances and the HVAC. The people in the building were all. Dry nice and pleasant. ISe would recommend this apartment to anyone who wanted a nice place to stay in Antibes for a longer stay.

Good convenient flat near old town Antibes
Good modern clean apartment with outdoor space. The outdoors is great size and condition but has no aspect to it at all. Great aircon in two main rooms Bedroom & bathroom very good and modern. The fold down settee rather tired and uncomfortable to sit on and look at and Patio furniture really needs upgrade to make the area better useable. Kitchen full of utensils and plates (overstocked) so no space for ambient shopping. Overall a very good experience that could have been even better. Ivan the manager was excellent and offered great support and advice.

Great location to Vieux Antibes and to local best areas.
The property is well situated within the proximity of many best local places, Vieux Antibes, markets, train stations and beaches. The property is very safe and has great Ac units which are very important in summer in the south of France. The apartment has everything you will need for your stay with the exception of beach towels. Manager was kind enough to arrange transportation from and to the airport . They have staff who received us and explained everything about the unit. The sofa bed is like all of them, not super confortable. However, you can oversee this issue as the rest of amenities are good. We loved Antibes and it has become one of our favorite spots in the world.

This is a very central apartment in Antibes. A new modern complex with excellent security, a lift and secure undercover parking in the basement. Spotlessly clean. A small outside terrace with no seaview but a view on other apartment blocks at a fair distance away. Further there is really everything you need all in good working order. Super efficient and silent AC! Bed very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen with good quality utensils and cutlery. The harbour, heart of the old town ,restaurants and 2 boulangeries are all at close walking distance.Booking in and out was super efficient.

Beaucoup d'atouts pour cet appartement: - d'abord un emplacement idéal tout près du port, du vieil Antibes, de la gare et du centre de la ville. - un appartement neuf, très bien aménagé dans un immeuble moderne, cossu et très calme. Il dispose d'une immense terrasse pour se relaxer tranquillement. Le grand garage est facile d'accès et constitue un plus indéniable quand on connaît les difficultés de stationnement à Antibes. - nos communications avec Yvan, le propriétaire ont été d'une très grande courtoisie et nous l'en remercions. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location et nous l'avons déjà retenue pour un prochain séjour.
