A large east terrace, a south / west terrace and balcony as well as a small garden complete this superb location.
Miramar beach, its port, its restaurants, its nautical activities (diving, sailing, pedal boats etc ...) are within walking distance (150m)
The Estérel massif and its hikes surround the residence.

Lovely chilled break
Perfect position and amazing views from the balcony. The apartment was equipped well and enabled a very relaxed break. Local restaurants were excellent and the beach small but really nice! Would recommend!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt
Sehr schöne Wohnung die der Beschreibung entspricht. Traumhafte Aussicht von den großen Terrassen. 5 Minuten zum Strand. Mehrere Restaurants in wenigen Minuten bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nächster Supermarkt in La Napoule in ca. 7 km Entfernung. Helene und Bruno sind wunderbare und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt

We had a wonderful week in the apartment, had everything we needed for our family of five. The description and previous reviews were on point, so no unpleasant surprises. The children loved the cozy sleeping space, we enjoyed the view from the balconies, barbecue on the plancha. Hosts Helene & Bruno are as good you can ask for: Available when you need them, and not obtrusive in any way. Together with the attractive rates a clear recommendation.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche im März. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch! Auch die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Für meine Kinder war auch das halbe Schlafzimmer super. Aber für Erwachsene wäre das nichts. Die Wohnung ist Ideal für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Die Schlafcouch ist funktionabel aber nur mäßig bequem zum Schlafen. Perfekter Ort zum Ausschalten
Die Lage der Wohnung mit den drei Balkonen und der Sicht auf das Meer ist einfach fantastisch. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und zweckmässig eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Was man wissen muss: - Schlafzimmer 1: sensationell mit eigenem Balkon und Sicht auf das Meer (Bett 140cm breit) - Schlafzimmer 2: eigentlich nur geeignet für Kinder. Als Schlafnische ca 1m hoch und integriert im Badezimmer. Ausgelegt mit Matratzen, für Kinder sicher ein Paradies ;-). - Es hat zwei Badezimmer, eines mit Badewanne und eines mit Douche (und eben Kinderzimmer), aber Toilette gibt es nur eine, als separater, kleiner Raum neben der Küche und Wohnzimmer. Die Vermieter selber wohnen (meistens) im selben Haus, sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt perfekt ... ich komme wieder 😎

Unterkunft mit Charme in guter Lage
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Wohnung der netten zurückhaltenden aber freundlichen Gastgeber Helene und Bruno. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und entsprach vollends der Beschreibung. Einiges Inventar ist in die Jahre gekommen, doch das machte auch den Flair der Wohnung aus. Für den Aufenthalt war das für uns o.k. Wir empfehlen den Urlaub dort gern weiter und sagen Dankeschön für die netten Informationen zur Gegend, der Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung und den unkomplizierten Absprachen. Alles Gute Helene und Bruno

Einfach tolle Aussicht über die Bucht, sehr gepflegte Anlage, sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Die Bucht Miramar/Theoule ist nicht überfüllt, selbst im Juli nicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Lage, nette Gastgeber
Ferienwohnung mit französischem Flair, wunderschöner Blick auf das Meer und zwei tollen Terrassen. Lage ebenfalls super mit Nähe zu Cannes und dem schönen fussläufig erreichbaren Strand. Helene und Bruno waren jederzeit erreichbar. Als die Waschmaschiene defekt war, wurde sofort Ersatz beschafft.Eine Empfehlung wären Insektengitter gegen die Mücken und auch die Sauberkeit der Küche zu verbessern, ansonsten alles Tip Top! Wir würden wiederkommen.

Un balcon sur la Méditerranée
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances chez Hélène et Bruno. Le logement est spacieux, au sein d’une charmante résidence, au calme sur les hauteurs de Théoule. La mer est partout, une vue exceptionnelle. Les deux terrasses sont un vrai plus. L’accueil et les bons conseils des propriétaires sont très appréciables. Nous espérons y revenir et y passer plus de temps encore.

Magnifique
Hélène nous a accueillis très chaleureusement. L'appartement est parfait, spacieux (nous sommes 2 adultes/3 enfants), lumineux, bien équipé et très bien placé à qqs minutes à pieds d'une petite plage magnifique. Et le panorama sur l Esterel est à couper le souffle. Nous reviendrons avec très grand plaisir!

Wir hatten einr traumhafte Woche in dem Appartement. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus, bietet wundervolle Aussichten in alle Richtungen und tolle Rückzugsmöglichkeiten durch die vielen Terrassen.Guter Ausgangspunkt zu tollen Buchten in den Calanques und zum Wandern im Esterel Gebirge.
