Communication was poor and rude at times. We had a car and were told repeatedly by multiple staff we had to find parking and check in before we could use the hotel parking. Finally spoke to someone else who just opened the car park for us to let us park and then check in. The hotel (or "residence") also has a printed list of rules for the cleaning of the room and removal of the laundry you have to do or you'll be charged. Any additional towels, soaps etc are also charged. Feels like the RyanAir equivalent of a hotel.
