The with much love to the detail country-typical furnished, free-standing, light-flooded house lies in an all-day sunny, quiet panoramic situation approx. 2 km south of Cannobio and from the public sandy beach with park distance. The particular charm of this property is, among other things, in the large terrace plot with wine pergola, in which you can admire flower dreams of azaleas, rhododendrons and other Mediterranean plants. From the house, from the two sun terraces and from the garden plot you can enjoy a fantastic view of the 150 m distant lake and the opposite mountains, villages and towns. A hiking trail is located directly behind the house. Here it is not difficult to leave the burden of everyday life behind and recharge your batteries for new challenges. You can park your car comfortably on one of the two private parking spaces located about 100 m from the house.

toller Urlaub auch mit 2 Hunden
wir verbrachten mit unseren 2 Hunden einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub sehr nette Besitzerin/Vermieterin Sehr gepflegte charmante 2 Raum Wohnung in einem 2 Familienhaus Auffahrt zum Wohnobjekt etwas steil aber mit ausreichend Ausweichflächen wenn Gegenverkehr kommt😉 viele Wandermöglichkeiten in der Umgebung Wanderschuhe sind ein Muss teils 30% Steigung die Aussicht vom Wohnungseigenen Balkon ist spektakulär auch bei Gewitter(sehenswert) wird man nicht nass da der Balkon überdacht ist Danke für diesen schönen Urlaub

Seeblick und idealer Wanderstartpunkt :)
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit prima Ausstattung, auch in der Küche ist alles da (und das in sehr guter Qualität). Tolle Aussicht auf den See vom Balkon, auch im Garten kann man schön sitzen. Ja, die Anfahrt ist etwas steil aber dennoch gut machbar. Es kommen auch große SUVs nach oben. Wir und unser Hund haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, auch weil man unmittelbar an den Wanderwegen oberhalb des Sees ist. Nach Cannero ist's leichter als nach Cannobio, schön ist beides. Wir kommen wieder :)

Ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen!
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt mit unseren beiden kleinen Hunden.Eine nette kleine Wohnung mit Balkon und einem keinen ebenen Gartengrundstück mit Man hat überall einen traumhaften Blick auf den Lago Maggiore und die umliegenden Berge welche sich teilweise in der Schweiz befinden ! Peter der Hausherr und seine Familie sind total nett und überaus hilfsberteit bei allen Anliegen.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Het huis was heel mooi, alleen de weg er naar toe was verschrikkelijk.
Heel mooi huis, alleen moeilijk begaanbare weg naar boven om het huis te bereiken. Dat was het enige nadeel. Alles was verder perfect.

Toller Kurzurlaub
Das Ferienhaus liegt ca. 2 km von Cannobio entfernt. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend für 2 Personen und vielleicht 1 Kind, es gibt einen kleinen Garten mit einer netten Sitzgelegenheit. Wir hatten unsere 3 großen Hunde dabei und haben uns alle rund um wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen herrlichen Blick auf den Lago. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist allerdings sehr sehr steil und unübersichtlich.
