Lake Time Cottage is located minutes from two boat ramps (6 &7) and the Guadalupe River. Our new home features all new furniture, appliances, pots & pans, mattresses and so much more; 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed with full size down and twin on top, perfect for families or friends looking for a serene getaway.

Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a warm and inviting open floor plan. Decorated with all new furniture, your sure to want to relax on the leather couch or loveseat in the spacious living room. The Chef's kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Cooks can easily prepare meals with a wide array of Green Pan cookware (no scratched Teflon pots or pans, LOL) in this roomy kitchen with a large quartz island that also has bar seating.

The spacious kitchen also has a crockpot, electric blender, toaster, entertaining platters and bowls, Coffee Bar with a drip coffee maker, French Press and a single-serve keurig for your morning caffeine fix.

Relax and watch beautiful sunsets and lake views on the expansive back deck with large covered seating area, outdoor dining table, Blackstone Grill, outdoor games, and mounted fans to keep you cool.
Enjoy watching the deer on the comfortable Adirondack chairs on the covered front porch.

Lake Time Cottage is close to the lake, Guadalupe River, Whitewater Amphitheater, Schlitterbahn, Gruene, New Braunfels, Wimberley, and Boerne. Enjoy the lake, float the Guadalupe River, drive down scenic River Road, explore beautiful Hill Country towns, and shop and dine local.

Comfortable, peaceful and perfectly appointed
We needed a place to stay close to a family gathering nearby and found this place. It said new and sure enough we were only the second entry in the guest book. Decor and appointments are very tasteful. Comfort and cleanliness were a 10! And as cautioned ahead of time the deer were plenitiful. Almost tame as they didnt run when passing in a car and folks across the street were hand feedin them. We also saw fox and racoons.ahead of time
