The only thing i complaining about is. It was mention that there free to go breakfast unfortunately we were waiting for 30 mins at the office and no customer services there or no food at all.

So much black moles in the bathroom, you cannot use the bathtub shower at all and that was why we stopped there

Tv remote didn't connect to the tv, dated room but it was clean and the bed comfortable. Heater was very loud. A lot of traffic noise from the highway.

Do Not Book this Hotel
We arrived about 3PM. The rooms were not ready however looking at the run down place, two rooms had what looked like the drapes falling down, we had to ring the front door to gain access and the reception looked like a dump. We left and went to another Hotel and they informed us they had heard similar comments from other travellers. My wife said she would sleep in the car rather than stay there.

On the whole, the property is old and worn. Chipped walls, worn out around door handles and frames. Refrigerator made a lot of noise when it cycled on. The room I had was about 20 feet from the 5 freeway. There was black mold in the shower. I would definitely not be back.

As a small local hotel this will be a good spot, especially after they get cable back and new Wi-Fi. But it should not be in the Wyndham family. Very small parking lot. West side is against noisy highway traffic with no sound barrier. Wi-Fi did not work, it kept dropping. Roku TV would not work since Wi-Fi drops. Kind and caring staff tried twice, spending almost 45 min, to get tv to work. The room was clean, with good furnishings. Beds will need replacing soon, very 'soft'. Owners should splurge for a small tissue box on bedstand and cups bigger than a thimble. Breakfast was just a basket of muffins and not up to Wyndham standards.

Awful motel
Very very old motel and very rundown. Missing tile in bathroom and baseboards. Carpet had stains and holes. No elevator available. Toilet handle had to be held down to flush. TV did not work. Bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. The area around the motel was questionable and it was very dark.

The rooms are extremely big. Which I really liked. The staff were great as well. The rooms were pretty outdated. My room smelled like musty carpet and the kitchenette and bathroom were very outdated. My brothers room seemed a little more updated so maybe they are working on each room a little bit at a time? The area seemed a little unsafe. Truck addicts were hanging out by vehicles. I definitely would not go out alone or leave anything in my vehicle.

It’s an older property and beds aren’t really comfortable. But for the price and location in Canyonville away from the casino and noisy truck stop, it is the only place I will stay when in Canyonville. The staff is great. It’s quiet and I felt safe.
