Beautiful terraced house with private garden. The house consists of a living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with window. The house has Tv, washing machine, garden for exclusive use and uncovered parking space.

-Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (until 19:00 in the high season).

°Excluded - Mandatory:
-Security deposit: 200eur will be collected only in cash at the check-in. The security deposit will be returned at the check-out after the accommodation inspection.
-City tax upon arrival in cash: to be paid upon arrival in cash. The exact amount will be communicated upon arrival.

°Excluded - Optional: all extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:
-Bed linen and towels on request (subject to availability): 15eur per set/person.
-A/C (if available): 70eur per week

-Pets allowed on request: no cats allowed, only dogs. From 50eur to 80eur per pet per week, depending on the size of the dog:
°small: up to 6 kg > 50eur per pet, per week
°medium: up to 14 Kg > 70eur per pet, per week
°large: above 14 Kg > 80eur per pet, per week
