Casa De Luca-Paparo is the classic beach house suitable for both families and groups of friends, suitable for those who want to spend a period of total relaxation (being located in a quiet area of Località Torre / Licinella, just 400 meters from the beach ), but also suitable for those who like to explore culinary traditions, who like to visit places of culture (being just 3 km from the famous Archaeological Park of Paestum, 19 km from the beautiful medieval village of Castellabate) or breathtaking coastal landscapes (wonderful Cilento Coast) , just 10 km south you will find Agropoli, 19 km Santa Maria di Castellabate, 70 km Palinuro and Marina di Camerota, 42 km north you can add Salerno, and 55 km the fantastic Amalfi Coast).
The apartment is located on the ground floor, with only 8 steps to access the front door of the building.
Casa De Luca-Paparo can accommodate up to 6 people being divided into 2 bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds; large living room with sofa bed, television and a large table to feast in company; kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking and eating, including fridge and freezer, oven and microwave; bathroom with shower and bidet, and equipped with hairdryer and washing machine.
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets that will make you spend peaceful nights.
The building offers a large shared courtyard and free parking spaces.
