Kitchen area (1.6 x 0.6): 2-burner induction hob, fridge with freezer section, mini oven and microwave. Living room with TV (3.63 x 4.13) (1 folding bed for 2 people) opening onto a closed veranda balcony (4.1 x 1.6) with dining area: view of the ocean, exit from the marina and the "Notre-Dame" beach - Shower room (2 x 2): sink, walk-in shower and WC.
Bike room common to the whole residence. Ideal for a couple and 1 child.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2021, it is clear and practical.
The South beach, the central beach of Hossegor and the restaurants on foot.

Schöne Unterkunft mit bezaubernden Ausblick
Obwohl der Start in den Urlaub nicht ganz so gelungen war und die Dame in der Agentur unsere Unterkunft verwechselt hatte und wir auf den Schlüssel unnötig warten mussten, dazu uns bereits bezahlte Touristen Tax berechnet wurde, war es insgesamt ein schöner Verbleib. Die Touristen Tax haben ihr aber auf unser Bankkonto paar Tage später rückerstattet bekommen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war insgesamt positiv. Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft war in Ordnung, jedoch sollten die Reinigungskräfte die Scheiben der Terrasse sauber halten und das Geschirr sowie Töpfe auf Sauberkeit prüfen. Vor allem, da das Appartement so einen schönen Ausblick besitzt und man den Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse aus hier genießen kann, machen die dreckigen Scheiben den Ausblick zum Teil kaputt. Dazu sollte man wissen, dass sich das Appartement im dritten Stockwerk befindet, das sind 3x 16 Treppenstufen, und man etwas an Ausdauer benötigt um seine Einkaufsachen hochtragen zu können. Darüber hinaus befindet sich der Auto Parkplatz nicht direkt neben dem Haupteingang, sondern auf dem großen öffentlichen Parkplatz über der Straße in ca. 100 m Entfernung. Beim Ent- und Beladen des Autos macht sich so eine Entfernung ganz schön bemerkbar. Schade, dass man dafür nicht in den Hof reinfahren kann, um zumindest bei Anreise oder Abreise das Auto Entladen bzw. Beladen kann. Wir haben alles in Einem den Urlaub hier sehr genossen und Hossegor ist immer wieder eine Reise Wert!
