Rent house of 45 m² in a quiet residence.
Close to all amenities, (= vacancy also for the car which is no longer essential). Located 5 minutes walk from the beach and the city center as well as the marina and fishing port. Bike path at the foot of the house. 1 garden on the north side and a garden on the south side, sheltered terrace (see photo). 1 private parking space.
A bedroom with a 120 cm bed and an adjoining bathroom with shower. Separate WC.
On the large mezzanine (with carpet) 4 beds (2 double beds) with shower room (bidet and sink)
Kitchen area with combined hob, microwave, freezer. Living room with TV / TNT with possibility of USB key to view your films and photos on TV, as well as to listen to your music.

No smoking in the house.

Optional:

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances, l'appartement reflète l'offre qui était proposée. Je donne un conseil simple, renouveler la plaque de cuisson et le réfrigérateur et ajouter éventuellement deux ventilateurs pour les journées chaudes !, avec ces petites précautions ce serait parfait. Merci
