The beautiful apartment “Drac Blanc 1-3” is situated close to the beach in the seaside town of Cala Ratjada, in the scenic northwest of Mallorca, and is part of a holiday complex. The bright 114 m² apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (both with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a safe, satellite and cable television, a baby cot and a highchair. The big private terrace is partly open, partly covered and is perfect to start the day with breakfast while enjoying the early hours of sunshine and looking at the sea and the surrounding mountains. The communal outdoor area with palm trees invites you to relax in the deckchairs and to take refreshing swims in the pool. Due to the apartment’s central location, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can all be found in the immediate vicinity (100 m), while the closest sandy beach, Cala Agulla, is only a 6-minute walk (550 m) away. The famous caves “Coves d’Artà”, a popular tourist destination, are located a 15-minute drive (12 km) south of Cala Ratjada, and the pretty town of Manacor is a 33-minute drive (31 km) south of the apartment. Mallorca’s vibrant capital city of Palma and the airport can be reached after a one-hour and 10-minute drive (81 km).

Schöne Wohnung mit Pool
Die Wohnung liegt günstig am Strand, an Supermärkten und am Zentrum. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Einen gewissen Lärmpegel sollte man einkalkulieren. Der Pool war sehr sauber und meist leer.
