This hotel was really nice inside and out. Close to the launch sites and Jetty Beach Park. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good restaurants nearby. We ate at Fishlips.

The rooms were nice and clean and the service was great however the rooms have little insulation and you can hear the neighbors tv perfectly. We stayed here because we are cruising, the buffet was not ready for a cruise day. No food and no coffee. Kinda weak for a hotel that caters to cruisers.

Never got the invoice, unaceptable
I recently stayed at Holliday In, and while my overall experience was satisfactory, a significant issue arose during the checkout process that greatly diminished my impression of the hotel's service. Upon departing the hotel at 2 a.m., I approached the front desk to settle my bill and request an invoice. To my surprise, the attendant informed me that I couldn't receive the invoice at that hour because it was considered "early checkout." Despite providing my email address for the invoice to be sent later, I never received it. Two days later, I attempted to follow up on the invoice by calling the hotel, only to be instructed to call back between 2 and 3 pm, nothing. This delay in providing a simple invoice was completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel's efficiency and customer service standards. In today's digital age, generating an invoice should be a straightforward and immediate process, regardless of the time of checkout. The lack of flexibility and responsiveness exhibited by the hotel staff in this situation was disappointing and inconvenient for a guest who had already checked out. While the hotel may offer comfortable accommodations and other amenities, the failure to promptly address a basic customer request, like providing an invoice, leaves much to be desired in terms of overall service quality. In conclusion, while my stay at HDI was adequate, the inefficiency and lack of responsiveness demonstrated during the checkout process are unacceptable.

We stayed here both before and after our cruise. The property is very well maintained and super clean. The room was spacious and well equipped for our needs. The outdoor area has plenty of seating and a wonderful pool area for old and young alike. Best of all is the staff at the front desk! Courteous, kind, and professional. The morning casual breakfast is more than enough to jump start your day. Highly recommend this property.

We were only there one night, the hotel was extremely clean. Staff was amazing. We walked over to see the rocket launch but unfortunately they canceled it. I have to stay the breakfast was the best complimentary breakfast we have ever had and the service was great. Everyone was very helpful and kind.
