I booked this hotel through Expedia to stay at prior to a cruise. Upon arrival, the hotel had my reservation and showed that I had paid through Expedia. For some reason, Expedia had not released my payment to the hotel. I had to call Expedia twice to get hung up on each time. I then got the issue resolved via Expedia chat. I wanted to post this review because of Marcus at the Marriott front desk. He was so kind, helpful, and patient. He really put me at ease during a stressful situation. I don't take for granted how wonderful he is at his job and I want to pass on my gratitude. Thank you so much Marcus!!!!
