Great place to rest
It was very very hot in Florida, but we had the pool to cool off when needed. The house is wonderfully comfortable and very clean. The Property Manager is awesome and had made the house very commercial and inviting with her own decor she had place in the house. She is a sweet lady and we enjoyed getting to know her. Our pups loved their stay and loved the pool area. They do not go in the pool at all because of the chlorine, but they enjoyed walking around the pool and my one yorkie made friends with a butterfly outside the screen. :) I would recommend this place to family and pets.

Visiting family in Ft Myers for a few days then went on to the Keys. Tatti was super nice and helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The place was perfect for me, my dad, and two nephews.

We paid extra to have the hot tub on. The pool was only being heated during the day. We wanted to swim at night also. We assumed heated pool was continuously not certain times of the day. Also having to wash all the towels used. Most rentals have the cleaners do the towels and sheets when you leave. Because you still pay a cleaning fee and you are doing all the work. The pool had not been swept and had sediment and bugs on top. We stayed the first night but stayed at our home with the kids the rest of the stay. The bed were not comfortable and the pillows smelled like sleep. The blinds by the sliding door didn’t close for privacy and my kids didn’t feel comfortable there. So all and all we didn’t really stay there or use it.

We had a wonderful stay in Cape Coral. The house was lovingly furnished and we wanted for nothing. The care provided by the homeowner during our vacation was exemplary. We would love to come back.
