Open concept indoor common area with separate dining table and island entertaining space. TVs in multiple rooms with Netflix and Peacock included. Big slider doors open up to fabulous spacious outdoor area with outdoor kitchen and separate eating as well as chill-out area. Relax in heated SALT pool and tan on a generous size patio. Want to cool-off? Shower outside and relax on a daybed. Coming with Kids? Pool toys as well as air hockey table for entertainment. Coming with boat or renting one? Maybe you are a fishing enthusiast? Enjoy private boat deck to secure your boat or fish from it. For those arriving with electric vehicles, we have a 40AMP EV charging station in the garage. Great house

Beautiful house and true to its pics. The house is beautiful, incredibly stocked and truly has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The pool is really nice and like the house, has all of the pool toys a family would want. Last point is the property manager, Louis. Louis was the best property manager I have felt with with VRBO. He was attentive to our every need from places to go to making sure the pool was warm.Overall, great house, pool and of course, property manager, Louis. I would highly recommend this property for your getaway/vacatuon

Amazing house!

The house is just as great as the photos show. There is everything you would ever need in the house. The canal was so fun to see all the fish and turtles. Having two masters is great. We had a few friends for the Weekend and there was plenty of space for everybody to have their own privacy. Already trying to plan a trip back. Thank you so much for an awesome week!!

Great Place To Stay in Cape Coral

Had a very nice stay in Cape Coral in early December. House was up to date, clean and well furnished. Stayed at another Cape Coral house in 2021, this latest house was much nicer. Particularly enjoyed the nicely heated pool and the large poolside grill that was perfect for family and visiting friends who were staying elsewhere. Definitely would book again. .

We have stayed at this property in the past and it never disappoints! Lucas is very attentive and communicates throughout your stay. The neighborhood is very nice and a great place to walk. Home away from home

Couldn't ask for anything more. Upon arrival the home was clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with necessities to get you started. The location was great. Communication with host ways great, always helpful and quick with a response to any question you may have. I would recommend 100% and definitely would book in the future.

What can I add to the other reviews? Superb property which is very well equipped for any family. Lucas the owner is super helpful, the few very minor problems we had were resolved very quickly. If you book, rest assured, you will not be dissapointed.

Cleanest rental we have ever stayed in!

We booked this property for our yearly family vacation. The host contacted me several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean!! It’s the cleanest vacation rental we have ever had. Our paper towels, toilet paper, dish washing detergent, laundry detergent was provided which was a nice treat. We enjoyed the pool so much. The garage had a wagon that we used to carry our things to the beach. We enjoyed it so much! Thank you to Lucas! You were a great host!

Best vacation house for family with kids

The house was perfect we stayed there for 6 days with 6 adults and 3 kids. We do vacation every year and this has been the best house yet that we have gotten. The host goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and the house has everything you need! Thank you Lucas for making our vacation great! I highly suggest this house for kids lots of pool toys everything you could need for beach in garage. Board game in the house plus and air hockey table! We had a great vacation!

Absolutely amazing!

I 100% would recommend this home to anyone! It’s literally perfect everything you could think of was at the home from baby gear to washer and dryer, coffee maker and all dish wear for indoors and for the grill as well, pool was super clean and the entire house was spotless! You could not hear any of the neighbors and no one bothered us the entire stay! Perfect home for family and friends!

Beautiful House!

The house was exactly as in the pictures, very clean and modern. We spent 2 weeks in this great house. Our host, Lucas was very helpful and easy to contact if we ran into any problems or if the house was missing something, it has everything you need. Not to mention the location is close to the grocery and many great restaurants. Definitely will consider staying here again!

Family Vacation

We had an amazing vacation and the house was absolutely beautiful. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and more. We decided to go to the beach and everything we needed was in the garage for us to use ( beach umbrella, chairs, wagon and even toys for our grandchildren)Lucas was one of the best hosts we have dealt with since vacationing in Cape Coral for the past 10 years. The communication was outstanding and he was quick to answer any questions we had. Our vacation was amazing because of Lucas and his home. Highly recommend this vacation rental …. Spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath home in a great location

I must say we were all very pleased with our accommodation, just as described in the listing, the house was perfect with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The pool and large patio fully screened in was perfect. Sunrise over the pool area was beautiful and having late afternoon shade on the pool area made for a very comfortable all day destination. Outdoor grill and dining area are awesome. Close to stores, restaurants and beach. Would rent this again when in the area.

Everything you need

Lucas provided us with a wonderful home for our family to spend the week. The house has everything you need and more. The inside was clean and modern. However we spent the majority of our time in the amazing outdoor living space. The kitchen, patio and pool was our favorite part of the house. Making Memories

This beautiful home away from home far exceeded our expectations. From the minute we walked in, until the minute we walked out, we were so comfortable and needed absolutely nothing. The home is very well stocked with necessities and a few extra items that I did not expect. I encourage families to stay here. Plenty of room and a great pool, outdoor kitchen and lanai area. First Vrbo stay

This property was perfectly located for us, we enjoyed the quiet street, even if we are a lively family. Groceries were available within a 5-10 minute drive,(Walmart/Publix) the screened Lanai was perfect, we enjoyed that area the whole week, playing games and having some pool time! The pool was very enjoyable, comfortable 85 degree. Most of all the host was very accommodating, being quick to respond to any questions we had! This house is equipped with everything you need for a week long stay! We also really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen/Bbq. I love cooking on the bbq with a few cocktails in the sun! Thank you Lucas for your hospitality!

Perfect in every way!!

This is our 14th VRBO stay and by far the best! Communication was outstanding. Lucas checked in on us to make sure everything was good every couple of days. He told us to contact him should we need anything....and of course we didn't, he had everything already done! The house is beautiful and spotless. The little touches were far and above anything we have ever experienced at any other rental we have had. There was a note to greet us when we got there, a bottle of wine and snacks to enjoy....everything was PERFECT! I can't explain how wonderful everything was for us. We would love to come back again and have already told friends about this place.
