A surprisingly well appointed "little villa" in the Cape. Private, cozy and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with pool on a quiet fresh water canal. Fish for bass from your own backyard. Close to all amenities, 10 minutes from Cape Coral Yacht Club beach, 25 minutes from Fort Myers beach and Sanibel Island. Enjoy the luxuries of a "large villa" in our tropical setting.

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.

Family vacation

We had an excellent stay at this property. It was very clean and had more than enough room for us all. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some! Lots of towels for everyone. The pool area was great also!

Spring warm weather vacation with friends

Everything went smooth and the house was very nice. Outside plants needed grooming, but we had everything we needed in the house and everything was in working order.

Villa Mar stay.

I thought the check in process was nice having the entry code emailed and able to access the rental during the times we are living in was a great idea. We did experience a couple of unforeseen problems such as turning the water on in the shower and during the shower the water well pump switch quit working and we had no water till the next morning when maintenance was able to send someone out to fix it. Also a problem with the breaker for the dishwasher, but both problems were taken care of in a timely manner. I did feel the property could use some sprucing up. The pictures online are outdated. The plants and shrubs are needing trimmed back and some weed pulling. Also the pool brick around the top needs scrubbing. It left a feeling of, I’m not sure if I wanted to get in the pool. Aside from those things we enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and relaxing!! P. S. There are some light bulbs that need replaced.

Well equipped home

Check in and out was easy and effortless. The home was very comfortable. Unfortunately the weather was too cool to use the beautiful pool. It was a us to have a garage which was well equipped with bikes,beach equipment.

Our Cape Coral visit

House was very clean and neat upon arrival and we were very satisfied with everything. Only used pool once due to cooler weather. Nice neighborhood. Cape Coral is very spread out with no center city, need to go into Fort Myers for that. Only small issue was that nearing the end of our stay the water started to smell of sulphur, not unlike many homes in FL using well water. Well go back agagin.
