Charming, cozy, tranquil 1st floor condo - 5 minutes to Perkins Cove

This studio condo is minutes from Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. It has been completely renovated in 2018 with chic, modern appeal. The condo has excellent storage space with 2 closets, white shaker kitchen cabinets with granite countertops, luxury vinyl wood flooring, tiled bathroom with tub and shower, new stainless steel refrigerator and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are 2 induction heating units for cooking along with a full set of pots and pans. There is also a gas grill on the property for grilling. There is a brand new queen sized murphy bed as well as a couch that converts a comfortable full size bed and a chaise lounge that sleeps one person very comfortably. There are two rocking chairs and a table that opens up for four people to fit easily. Enjoy free wifi and cable tv with a 55 inch curved tv. Feel the luxury of being close to the shops and restaurants of Perkins Cove while enjoying the peacefulness and respite of being less than 5 minutes away. The condo is located in a private area away from traffic. No smoking; no pets; one parking space authorized.

Directions traveling South:

I-95 South. Take Exit 19 (Wells/Sanford). Turn left at light onto Sanford Rd (ME-109). Turn right onto Chapel Rd. Turn right onto Post Road (Route 1 South). Continue Route 1 South for approximately 5 miles. When you enter Ogunquit Center, turn left onto Shore Road. Follow Shore Road until you see a large parking lot on your right. Bear right after the parking lot (still Shore Road). About ¼ mile on right is the Hillcrest Inn Resort at 512 Shore Road. Turn right on Pine Hill South and travel approximately 100 yards. Turn right into Northern Lites Condo Association parking area.

Directions traveling North:

I-95 North. Take Exit 7 (York/Ogunquit). Take left onto Blue Star Memorial Highway (Route 1 North). Continue Route 1 North for approx. 4.5 miles. Turn right onto Pine Hill Road. Follow Pine Hill Road for about 2.1 miles. Turn right onto Pine Hill South. Travel .2 mile and turn left into Northern Lites Condo Association parking area.

Easy walk to nearby Ogunquit
We really enjoyed after a 2-week road trip to park the car in front of the condo and leave it there for the next 2 days. We experienced the marginal way at low tide, high tide, at sunset and dawn, taking a lot of pictures. Condo was very comfortable, spotless and Alice was kind enough to show us around before departing. If i chose to live in Ogunquit, this is exactly where i would move. A very good way to finish our Maine road trip.

The unit is clean and has many kitchen supplies. If you are a tea drinker you’ll need to know how to use an induction cooktop in order to boil your water. It was a quiet, relaxing place for our vacation.

Alice was very kind, friendly, informative, and quickly responsive to my questions. Alice was also very patient and helpful in resolving a financial situation that was VRBO’s mistake. . Owner communication package was very clear. Place was very quiet and clean. When booking, I did not realize there was a walking bridge to Perkins Cove. Had to cut the trip 2 days short because of Hurricane Lee. Should of purchased travel insurance.

Alice is an awesome host and was very responsive. The apartment is sweet and exactly what we expected. It’s easy walking distance to Perkins Cove and the very cute Main Street area. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

This condo was very comfortable and well equipped. There were 2 hotplates, plenty of kitchen supplies including spices and a selection of coffees. Drip coffee maker and a french press. Our trip was strictly to relax and we did. The owner Alice was very reaposive and helpful.

Lovely condo 5min walk to Perkins Cove
Hubby & I took a 3-day getaway to Ogunquit after visiting family in New England. This condo is immaculate, beautifully remodeled and in a peaceful location but only a 5 min walk to Perkins Cove. Great for a couple. We parked our car upon arrival and walked everehere. Would love to come back again.

Once in Ogunquit, Perkins Cove is and idyllic spot for eating, shopping and enjoying the Marginal Way. This property in Cape Neddick is a short walk right over the drawbridge. Perfect spot. Clean, stocked to spend time cooking. One request would be a dresser. Thank you!
