The back gate opens to a vast array of walking tracks leading to the beach and the Cape Paterson Eco-Village with an award winning community garden, fenced-in dog agility park and an explorative kids adventure playground 250 meters away.

The house is 2 stories with the kitchen area upstairs overlooking beautiful rural views. The bedrooms are downstairs with 3 good sized bedrooms, 1 family bathroom and a separate studio king bedroom The house also featured 2 livings areas and an enclosed pet friendly garden with ample parking for 2 cars. Heating/cooling AC on both floors and two large Tv’s.
Please note full linen is not provided as is common with many holiday houses in the area, if you choose to bring your own linen - the beds are 2 king, 1 queen, 1 double and 1 single. Hiring linen if you prefer is easy, please ask on booking so we can arrange it for you, we even make up beds for your arrival.

The key is located at the property in a secure lock box, the code is sent to your email address at 2pm on your day of arrival. All communication is sent via our system and it is important you are checking your spam folder for information and instructions.

Pets are allowed but must stay off furniture and all dog poop must be picked up before departure or fine will be charged.
