Great place for a Cape town visit
Great location, friendly staff. Nice rooftop pool, unforrunately no bar at the pool. Rooms are big and in good shape.

Pleasant Stay!!!
The place is nice and comfortable. I booked a standard studio room for two nights. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, the TV screen is nice and big with great picture quality. The fridge is a decent size and you can place a lot of food inside it. It was also nice to have a balcony. The shower and bathroom are spacious and they were in good condition. On the rooftop is a small swimming pool and a view of the Atlantic ocean. The gym is also decent. Overall I would recommend this as a place to stay in while you are visiting Cape Town.

Everything about my stay was flawless. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. My room was very big and well equipped. Bed linen was lovely. Everything was spotless. Really enjoyed my stay and it’s within walking distance to the beach, loads of restaurants and shops. The only thing to be aware of is that rooms facing the main road will inevitably experience some traffic noise. It’s to be be expected and didn’t bother me much as I packed earplugs.

Everything was great - the staff was polite and friendly. Only one caveat is that breakfast only opens at 8:00 AM, and we left earlier for our daily activities so It was a hassle to pre order and they said yes one time and then no the next day. This hotel is new and very well appointed. The breakfast restaurant only opens at 8 am, which was not mentioned in advance. There is a coffee shop and juice bar that opens at 7.30. The croissants are delicious. The room was very nice, but not entirely clean (hair in shower and basin, and bits of TP on toilet). The hotel requires you to use facial recognition software to enter the building. This should be made clear when making a reservation. The gym had nice equipment except that one treadmill wasn't working and the other stopped after 7 minutes (it needs servicing). the bed was comfortable; the kettle did not work, and although I requested a replacement it did not arrive. The room was not serviced during my stay.

Very good overall. Comfortable, good size room, comfy bed and great shower. Great TV. Short on some items: only one glass and one coffee cup. No soap in the shower. Small things but slightly irritating.
