The area felt unsafe and most of the staff was rude to me. The breakfast seemed not fresh either. I accidentally left my makeup bag there and I’ve contacted them several times to be able to get it back. They lied at first and said they didn’t have one because they didn’t want to look. Then when they confirmed they had it they seemed very rude and didn’t seem to care about getting it back to me. I bought a shipping label also and they say the delivery truck hasn’t stopped there yet. Even spoke with the manager and he said he would get it handled but it’s already been 2-3 months since and still don’t have my makeup bag.

This property is a " it works" property. Meaning, it's not all glitz and glamour. However it was reasonably priced, clean and the front desk was very helpful and courteous. It was difficult for me to get a Lyft there though. Taxi's will not go there and if Ronald Reagan is your airport you're gonna pay alot for a Lyft IF you can get one. I missed my flight because of this and had to stay an extra day, make another return flight.....it was just a hassle. There's a 7-11 across the street and a few places to eat within minutes.

We checked out a day early and booked a different hotel due to police arrested a person 2 rooms away. No one talked to us before or after the arrest. There was many officers on scene and noise from the knocking and the elevator that we were next to. Even at check out I was not asked why we were checking out early.

Room 425 was clean and fresh thank you, that’s it! The other things in the hotel are in terrible condition: cockroaches in the hotel, disgusting. Apart from it, there’s only one elevator that is working and it doesn’t work well at all and sometimes you have to wait around 10 min maybe more, very annoying and not comfortable at all. The elevator never has been cleaned up. Two Bell carts are old and broken and have to be changed immediately… The trashcans are full and stinky and looks like nobody is cleaning it or changing the trash bags. People leave trash bags in front of rooms, dirty and nasty atmosphere. Burking big dogs early in the morning. At 3 am loud rap music and it's NOT OK! In the breakfast area, somebody has to control it, because the guests do not respect anybody around, leaving trash on the tables and everywhere. When some of the guests are done with the breakfast, they just sit and watch and don't let the other guests enjoy the breakfast. The breakfast space is not that big and there are not enough tables. Remember, always show self-respect wherever you go! You're not the only one who's staying in this hotel, there are a lot of guests who want to enjoy the breakfast. The lobby is dirty, guests leave trash everywhere. On the parking lot some of the guests park cars and trucks however they like. Looks like all the people who are staying in this hotel just do not care at all, low-class people. Disrespectful… I do not recommend this place at all. And is expensive..
I don’t know what way housekeeping cleaned the rooms, because upon arrival there was a blooded napkin on the floor.
The breakfast area nobody controls. Guests leaving trash on the table and around, disrespectful…
Trashcans on the floor are full and stinky and guests are leaving trash bags in front of rooms.
Dirty and nasty atmosphere.

Hello, I checked out. They can only charge me one night maximum. I will call the hotel myself. Show quoted text Hello, I reached out to the hotel multiple times by phone, nobody answered. I will sought the Better Business Bureau of Maryland and DC to file a complaint. I will then reach out to the Maryland Dept of Consumer Affairs and Health and Sanitation Dept. After that, I will file a suit in Riverside County from where I live and made the payment and I will sue Hotels.com for false advertising of an unsanitary and unsafe hotel along with Wyndham Hotels. I will not be one to walk away from corporate theft. Sincerely,
