Summary:
Enjoy everything there is to see in Capitola Village! This is a bright and newly renovated downtown apartment in the heart of Capitola Village. Just steps away from the Esplanade, this unit is located in the center of all of the local shops, restaurants, beach access, and much, much more!

- This unit does not have a reserved parking space, however we do provide 1 parking permit. Keep in mind that it can be difficult to find parking close to the home during the busy months.

- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).

Guest Access:
This unit shares a wall with another apartment and is above a retail shop, so it is on the second floor. Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, however there is no reserved parking spot designated for this unit. We provide a parking pass and a map to the permitted and available parking areas.

Capitola is a coastal jewel in Santa Cruz County. This charming seaside village is known for its colorful beachfront houses, coastal boutiques, and fantastic dining options. With a relaxed atmosphere, Capitola is a paradise for beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts. Stroll along the picturesque Capitola Beach and explore the unique shops and eateries. The city's scenic beauty, combined with a vibrant community, creates a perfect beachfront destination. Plus, its proximity to Santa Cruz offers easy access to the Boardwalk and additional attractions, making Capitola a delightful coastal retreat.

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

Getting Around:
- Whole Foods, New Leaf, and Safeway (3-6 minute drive)
- Downtown Santa Cruz and the famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk (15-20 minute drive North)
- The Monterey Bay Aquarium (50 minute drive South)

Other Things to Note:
- This vibrant neighborhood is located along a main road, so you can expect some traffic noise during the day and occasionally at night, adding to the energetic atmosphere of the area.
- While there is no dedicated parking spot, we provide a parking pass for use in permitted areas around the apartment. Please remember to return the parking pass before checkout, as it’s essential for our cleaners and future guests. A replacement fee of $250 will apply if the pass is not returned.
- Traveling with a surfboard? We have convenient surf racks on the wall for your use! Just be sure to handle your board with care to avoid scuffing the walls or furniture inside.
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

Great Location!
We had a great stay in Capitola at this apartment. I brought my teenager and her friends for a birthday weekend and we all had a great time! There was enough space for everyone and it was very clean and comfortable. The apartment is in the perfect location to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and the beach! Parking was a little tricky on a busy weekend, but the parking permit and map provided helped. We would definitely stay here again!

GREAT LOCATION
The apartment is in a great location, centrally located to everything in town. Super clean and comfy. The mattresses are very firm which is fine if you are used to that. The pillows left a little to be desired. Bring your own if you can.

Wonderful stay downtown
We had a fabulous time at this rental. It’s updated with new modern features. Perfect location in the village in the middle of shops and the beach. I brought my 2 young girls, my mom and husband and there was plenty of space for all of us. It felt very clean and fresh. It was nice to have a full kitchen with all the appliances and items we needed, especially when traveling with kids. Plus a washer and dryer! The only suggestion I might make is to bring a white noise machine for the front room if you like to sleep with windows open. It can be a bit noisy at night and early morning. Great place, as pictured and advertised. Would definitely rent again!

This place was fabulous! It was a perfect fit for my family, great location, very nice and quiet! The apartment was just as advertised and had everything we needed! My only complaint was the lack of a drip coffee maker - there was a pour over maker though.

Perfection!
My friend and I - plus our kiddos - had an amazing time here in Capitola. This rental is beautiful, spacious, and very tidy and organized. We loved the small touches like having foil and baggies, beach chairs, and a few beach toys. The location just can't be beat as you are one block away from the beach. I can't wait to book my next stay in this wonderful condo!

This 2 bedroom condo is upstairs, over looking the Capitola Village. Right in town. 1 block from the beach. Very clean. The property manager is always in touch, in case you need anything or have any questions. Very attentive. The condo is perfect for 2 couples! Great rental!!
