Beautiful property and perfect for large family gatherings. Loved being right on the beach for swimming, fishing and shelling. This home was well equipped with kitchen items and beach gear. Pool could have been a little warmer.

Family Vacation
We took our whole family of 14 to New Latitude for vacation. The house has every form of beach entertainment imaginable. The beach is gorgeous with gentle waves and crystal clear water. We could have easily fit more people in the house. The pool is amazing. There were a few problems but the worst was the daily landscaping visits early in the morning. Very noisy! The location is convenient to so many places. But you will need a car. We will be going back! We loved New Latitude.

Had a blast!
We loved staying in New Latitude. Everyone had their own bed and bath. It was wonderful to have so many outdoor activities at the house and we greatly appreciated the umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, and paddle boards! The privacy of the beach was excellent. My son-in-law did mention that the mattress was not all that great in their room (2 floor-2 master) and we did have a little trouble with the lock on the front door, but overall it was a great experience that we would like to do again. Thanks!

Amazing House
This property is beautiful. The pool is wonderful, the porch with seating & a huge dining table was great, and the outdoor shower allowed for dolphin watching while washing your hair. We had the most wonderful experience.

New Latitude is the ultimate beach house!
This was a dream come true vacation! Captiva has the most beautiful beaches and sunsets. Our house was perfect for adults and children. The indoor pool was so accessible. We spent most of our time on the spacious decks when not at the beach - relaxing, dining, playing games, and watching the sunsets. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in New Latitude. This house has everything you need for a great vacation!

An ideal family and friends vacation
We researched many properties that could accommodate our friends and family. This rental was ideal for people of all ages! It was right on the beach, had gorgeous views, was well-appointed, close to the village, and had lots of activities at the home itself. The property managers were quick to respond to questions prior to and during our stay. We would absolutely recommend it!

Great family trip!
What a fantastic property! The views out the back on the huge decks cannot be matched! We had a wonderful time with a grandmother, her three kids/spouses, and 5 grandchildren. Things to note for people with littles…the pool is in the middle of the house with 6 some doors able to access it. We had two kids in our group that could not swim. We kept a close eye at all time, but the pool added an extra layer of stress to the trip. Just an FYI. Loved the 3 fridges and all the entertainment on lower level outside. Nicer kitchen appliances/finishes (coffee maker, stovetop, etc) and nicer bathroom finishes (dorm like showers and plastic sink hardware) would be nice for this price point, but the views balance it out. We had a great experience!

Heaven on earth

Best sunsets on Captiva
A place to make memories! My favorite place that I have stayed on Sanibel or Captiva. Big enough for our entire family (12) pool kept the kids busy all day when it was to hot on the beach. The sunsets are top notch, and the view from the crows nest is next level. We will be back

We just spent last week at this amazing property!! The pictures are fabulous but in person it's even better! The owner of this house has literally thought of everything!! There are throw blankets, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, board games, bluetooth speakers, bags of ice already in the freezer, beach towels, spikeball, cornhole, pool table, ping pong table, corn hole boards, jaccuzi and it goes on and on!! My absolute favorite thing about this house is the layout. Everyone had their own space but also we felt very together. The location of the pool is so awesome! We used the pool more than we ever had on vacation because it was just so convenient to get into. In the heat of the day the pool is in the shade which was great! The kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen at a rental house. She even has a crock pot! Oh and I almost forgot to mention all the refrigerators! There are 3! Yes 3! We had plenty of room for all our food for the week and all our adult beverages lol! We loved having the two separate rooms with couches and tvs. The kiddos could watch a different movie or play their xBox without monopolizing the TV in the great room. The sunsets were amazing and everyone loved the top viewing deck. The shelling on the beach was some of the best I've ever seen. The outdoor shower on the top deck was so cool! Everyone tried it out at least once. We will most definitely be back to this property!! Loved the island!

Prime Oceanfront on Captiva
New Latitude is truly a special home in a prime oceanfront location on Captiva. We spent a week there to celebrate my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. There were 10 of us, ranging in age from 76 to 13 months old. We had a wonderful time. The house is very well appointed/equipped and was more than comfortable for the ten of us. The views are stunning, especially sunsets. We had a great time swimming in the ocean and shelling on the beach, and when the weather wasn’t cooperating, we enjoyed the screened-in pool. The property Is in a quiet location. We saw very few people on the beach during our one week stay. The home is also conveniently located, making it a quick drive to the town of Captiva and only 20 minutes or so to the thick of the shopping and restaurants on Sanibel. Thank you for sharing this truly stunning place with renters. We had a wonder time and made many lasting memories.

Magical family vacation!
We had a fabulous week at New Latitude! The setting is spectacular and the home is even better than pictured. Lovely views from every direction. We have rented quite a few times on Captiva and this one takes the cake. Home is very clean, kitchen well organized enough towels for everybody etc. Everything you need is here. The sunsets at this home are perfection! 10+ stars. We hope to return with our family again in the future.
