"As soon as we walked in this house felt like a home. For the price I was expecting to encounter a lot of problems, but quite the opposite was what we experienced. The building is a little older, but it was very clean any nicely appointed! My family of five found it roomy and super comfortable I would stay again in a heartbeat. If you don’t want to fall asleep to the sounds of the rainforest, this place might not be for you. It was perfect for us! The one drawback might be that the entrance gate is on a hill and was a little tricky to navigate, once we started parking to face the gate it became easy. "

"The property is beautiful and the property is well equipped. The view is fantastic and we enjoyed our stay so much. The four bedrooms each having their own bathroom was a huge plus for us! "

"The house is huge and fit us all very comfortably. Just be aware the "2nd floor" of the house is a completely separate apartment with a bathroom, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room. There are stairs outside to get up there and separate lock/key to access the 2nd floor. This wasn't a problem for us. Just be cautious as the rain/mist can make stairs a lil slippery because they are outside. The host responded quickly & accommodated our last minute request. Highly recommend staying here. "

"From the bedrooms, we felt like we were in the forest--the coquis sing you to sleep, and in the morning you can have coffee on the balcony while looking across at the sea. El Yunque, Luquillo beach, and good restaurants are minutes away, and other locations like Bioluminescent Bay are easy to get to. Mary and Jeff are friendly, helpful, and responsive hosts. We had a great time here."

"We loved our stay at this house. We have younger kids and they loved exploring the yard and swimming in the pool. The view of the surrounding mountains and rainforest is amazing. The mosquitoes were only bad at dusk on the more humid days. Otherwise we spent a lot of time outside. The inside of the house comfortably slept 10 people. We would stay here again. "
