This large Villa has been furnished to offer a warm and friendly space.
The large Kitchen / Living / Living room is large, facing south and west for evening light. You will also find 2 furnished terraces.
A fully glazed airlock makes the link between the living space and the swimming pool.

Great location and a fantastic pool!
We had a great week in Carantec, the property and host were amazing and we had hours of fun in the fantastic indoor swimming pool. Great place to stay and only 20mins drive from Roscoff as well.

A fantastic property with amazing facilities, in a location.
The property is new, completely modern, beautiful bedrooms, beautifully decorated throughout. Amazing pool and jacuzzi area, all towels and bathrobes provided for everyone, and great pool toys and balls for the children. Annick and her husband have thought of everything! We received a wonderful welcome basket when we arrived, the kitchen is equipped to a very high standard, delicious coffee, they even provided the coffee pods! The property is only 5 minutes' walk from the beach, only 5-10 minutes' walk from the centre where we bought fresh croissants and baguettes every day! We have not been to Carantec before but there is so much to explore locally (and a great market in the centre on Thursday too). The house has plenty of space, electric gates, a beautiful garden with amazing views towards the sea. The games room is outstanding, billiards, table football and again with wonderful views. We have had the most amazing week and we could not have asked for anything better. Annick and her husband have thought of everything to make the stay so enjoyable. There is so much more we could say! We highly recommend this property and we would be glad to return. Annick and her husband have been so helpful and a delight to deal with. Thank you so much.

tout y était. excellent accueil, les propriétaires étaient très gentils et aux petits soins pour nous. la villa est magnifique: décoration, qualité des équipements, la surface, piscine et jacuzzi royal, idéalement placée par rapport au bourg et à la mer. malgré la dépendance d'un membre de la famille, nous avons passé tous ensemble , un excellent séjour. encore merci pour tout

Tolles Traumferienhaus mit Meerblick
Wir waren jetzt schon das dritte Mal in diesem bestens ausgestatteten Ferienhaus, das seinesgleichen sucht, diesmal mit 6 Personen. Die Vermieter Annick und Raymond Mercier haben uns auch dieses Mal einen warmherzigen Empfang bereitet; es ist ein bisschen wie "heimkommen"; man fühlt sich sofort wohl, alles ist vertraut und der Abschied fällt schwer. Zwar hatten wir nicht ganz so gutes Wetter wie bei den letzten Aufenthalten, aber das Haus bietet genug Platz, so dass auch ein paar Regentage kein Problem sind. Die Fussbodenheizung sorgt im ganzen Haus für angenehme Wärme, und die wohlige Entspannung im Pool und Whirlpool nach einem windigen Strandspaziergang ist eine Wohltat sondersgleichen. Infolge des heftigen Sturms in der Vorwoche waren leider einige Wege wegen umgestürzter Bäume und herabgerissener Leitungen gesperrt, so dass wir diverse Touren umplanen mussten. Glücklicherweise gab es am Haus und im Garten keine Schädeng, ganz im Gegensatz zu vielen Häusern in der Umgebung, die erhebliche Sturmschäden zu verzeichnen hatten. Das Haus bietet eine hochwertige und bestens durchdachte Ausstattung, die praktisch keine Wünsche offen lässt. Alle Einrichtungen sind sauber, gepflegt und in tadellosem Zustand. Den Meerblick hat man mittlerweile nur noch in der ersten Etage, da mittlerweile die dicht bewachsene Gartenanlage den Ausblick verhindert. Wir haben die Ferienwoche sehr genossen und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem einzigartigen Ferienhaus.

Villa extraordinaire avec des hôtes extraordinaires proche de tout
Nous avions eu un coup de cœur pour cette magnifique villa dans une région de Bretagne que nous ne connaissions pas. Tout d’abord, cette villa avait retenu notre attention pour toutes ses infrastructures adaptées à notre fille polyhandicapée. Tout est équipée (du jamais vu) pour nous faciliter la vie. Maison extrêmement propre avec du mobilier haut de gamme. Literie au top dans les chambres spacieuses. Cuisine toute équipée de très bon matériel. Le TOP : la piscine chauffée et le jacuzzi ont ravis notre fille. Nous avons rencontrés Annick et Raymond, deux personnes adorables et bienveillantes et très réactives à chaque demandes. Carantec von seiner besten Seite
Ein tolles Haus, welches einer ganz lieben Familie gehört. Vom ersten Augenblick verliebt in das Haus. Es ist alles da, was benötigt wird um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Kinder haben den Pool genossen und die Erwachsenen die Gemütlichkeit der Terrassen und der unfassbar schönen Umgebung. Wir kommen gern wieder Mercier Annick Mercier!!! C’était de belles vacances dans une belle maison!!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . Si vous êtes pmr pas d'hésitations , il est toujours compliqué de trouver une maison réellement accessible ici c'est le cas. la maison est totalement accessible 0 marche, extérieur comme intérieur, RDC comme 1 er étage. Un ascenseur permet de monter à l'étage. Vous pouvez également profiter de la piscine couverte. Attention La plage et très proche mais pas accessible par contre. Pour finir Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles.

Que voilà une belle maison! Tout y est impeccable, depuis la quantité et la qualité des équipements jusqu'à la propreté et la situation de la maison, à quelques dizaines de mètres de la mer. Les propriétaires sont super sympa et ne tarissent pas de renseignements sur leur bien! Le billard et la piscine pour passer quelques bons moments entre amis et des terrasses superbement exposées pour déjeuner ou dîner... A refaire sans hésitations.

Helle lichtdurchflutete Villa mit Meerblick und toller Ausstattung
Ein sehr komfortables Haus mit sehr guter, hochwertiger Ausstattung und geschmackvoller Einrichtung, das seinesgleichen sucht. Wir waren bereits vor zwei Jahren im November 2019 kurz nach der Eröffnung des Hauses mit 6 Personen für eine Woche Gast in diesem fanstastischen Ferienhaus, und haben auch bei diesem erneuten Aufenthalt in November 2021 mit nun 7 Personen die Vorzüge dieses Hauses in vollen Zügen genossen. Dieses Haus wurde mit viel Engagement, Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und bietet einen sehr angenehmen Rahmen für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Alle 4 Zimmer haben eigene Dusche, 3 davon sogar eigene Toilette. Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit einem elektrisch verstellbaren Bett ausgetattet. Eine Fussbodenheizung sorgt auch bei kühlem Wetter für wohlige Wärme im ganzen Haus. Das Haus ist ideal für eine grössere Gruppe, es gibt ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten (grosser Salon, kleiner Salon vor der Schwimmhalle, Spielzimmer). Das Spielzimmer über dem Pool verfügt über einen Billardtisch, ein stabiles Tischfussballspiel, ein Laufband sowie diverse Sofas und Sessel. Für Kinder gibt es im Spielzimmer eine kleine Spielecke und in der Dachschräge lagern Matrazen und Kissen für fanatsievolle Kinderspiele. In der Schwimmhalle steht ein grosser Pool und Jaccuzzi mit 5 Sitzplätzen zur Verfügung und bietet Entspannung pur nach einer Strandwanderung rund um Carantec. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung entspricht den Beschreibungen und Bildern. Einige Extras sind aber weder auf den Bildern noch in der Beschreibung zu finden, z.B. das Klavier im Salon, das stabile Laufband im Spielzimmer oder die Kinderschaukel im Garten. Ebenfalls zu erwähnen: Es gibt zwei komplette Schlüsselsätze (Für Eingangsor, Haustür und Terassentür), so dass man auch in getrennten Gruppen unterwegs sein kann, ohne sich absprechen zu müssen. Es sind diese kleinen Details, die den Aufenthalt so angenehm machen. Das Vermieterehepaar Mercier ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hilft, wo es nur kann. Das Wohlergehen der Gäste steht eindeutig im Mittelpunkt und der Abschied von diesem freundlichen Vermieterpaar fällt wirklich schwer. Ausflugs-/Wandertipps: - Historisches Dorf Meneham bei Kerlouan - Rosengranitküste: "Sentier des Douniers" in Ploumanac'h Ein tolles Haus, das wir guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen können! Wir waren sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal Gast in diesem fantastischen Haus, und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa des Aloes ! Cette dernière offre tout le confort nécessaire avec des prestations de qualités (piscine, jaccuzzi, salle de jeux, cuisine parfaitement équipée), une très belle vue ainsi qu’une localisation idéale au cœur de Carantec ! Excellent accueil par les propriétaires d’une superbe maison . Celle ci est très spacieuse, est extrêmement bien équipée et de manière très qualitative et offre de nombreux loisirs ( piscine, billard, baby foot ...). C’est un endroit très calme.
