The pillows smelled musty like people with smelly dreadlocks had slept on them. It was a strong horrible smell and they ended up on the floor as far away as possibly. I didn't call the staff because it was late and I was very tired.

Everything was nice. The only complaint was my dogs were finding MM’s like candy everywhere around the room. Other than that it was a very nice over night stay. Very friendly staff. Will stay here again when we travel up north again. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

Nice place.
Well they upgraded us at no cost. The shiwer/tub combo had a slight problem. When you pull the knob for the shiwer it worked partially as the faucet still flowed badly. Everything else was awesome.

The mattresses were the worse I’ve ever had in a hotel! I thought one of the beds would collapse under my weight. How can a hotel not have an elevator? Not the best place for ADA compliance which means what if you’re in a wheelchair and no ground floor rooms available. It would be extremely difficult to even come I to the building without power doors.

Smelly stained blankets. Broken bed had metal pieces sticking out. Kept hitting my foot. Blood stained pillows. Stale musty cigarette smell in room and hallways.

The cigarette smoke smell was unbearable , the location was not maintained and it was not a comfortable feeling at all. I unfortunately; did not stay there because the pictures online is totally different that what it looks like in person. I requested a full refund and had to go through a lot to get my money back.
