We had a wonderful time!
The place was as expected and better : very well located! Seven minute walk to a beautiful village, 5mn drive to a large grocery store. A Farmer's Market every week. The Var is a beautiful region to explore. The house was nice, it worked very well as we had an elderly person with reduced mobility staying with us. The owner was attentive and responsive, the neighbours were very welcoming.

A/c and Pool was the lifesavers
Heatwave with temperatures in the low 40 centigrades made the pool and a/c in all rooms a lifesaver. We had some issues with wasps, but Renaud did his best to solve that problem. All in all we can recommend this property for your stay in southern France.

Had a great stay in Carces with friends, with the property ideally placed for access to many interesting places in Provence. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, and the property had all the facilities we needed, and more. We would very happily return for another stay.

Nice view over Carcès
The pool was much appreciated on the hot days, a nice view of the town and surrounding hills and a short walk from town and the weekly market. The house has air conditioning, but we were able to keep quite cool without it, by closing the windows and shutters as the sun came around.

Tres agréable séjour !
Le gite est tres bien placé. Il est au calme, très agréable et bien agencé. Le propriétaire comme la gouvernante étaient très serviables, sans etre intrusifs. Nous avons apprécié l’espace, le jardin, la piscine. Bref un excellent sejour !

Einfach schön!
Ein wirklich schöner Ort! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem schönen Haus. Die Lage mit dem Ausblick auf Carcés ist toll, das Haus hat alles was man braucht und der Gastgeber war immer hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Sehr gerne wieder!

Super propriété, la maison correspond parfaitement aux photos du sites, endroit calme et reposent,
Propriétaire accueillent, maison super facile d'accès, extérieur terrasse à l'arrière le matin et terrasse devant pour l'après-midi, super petit salon ombragé pour l'apéro, piscine appréciable un peu froide, mais très propre, accès facile pour aller promener ou visiter les villages voisins, nous avons passé de superbes vacances, je recommande cet endroit pour des vacances au calme et la gentillesse des gens habitants ce village, pour le futur j'y retourne sans problème, merci à toute les personnes rencontrés sur place. Great house in beautiful surroundings
A lovely spacious house with all the amenities you could need. Very nice gardens with a great swimming pool and enough shade for the very hot days we had. The town is only a 5 minute walk away. Great little town with nice shops, bars and restaurants. Everywhere you go people are very friendly. Special thanks to Renaud who made our stay a stay to remember. We would love to come and stay again.

Location fonctionnelle et agréable
Propriétaire accueillant. Le propriétaire à son logement à côté de la location, mais cela n'est pas dérangeant. L'avantage de cette proximité permet une réactivité en cas de problème matériel. Il reste toutefois très discret. La situation du logement permet d'accéder au centre de Carcés et aux commerces, à pieds. Merci au propriétaire pour ce séjour agréable.

Gepflegtes Haus, schöne Lage
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Renaud war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Das gepflegte Haus hat eine schöne Lage mit Blick zum Dorf Carces, einen schönen, weitläufigen Garten mit Pool. Wir hatten auch einen sehr freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Kontakt mit den Nachbarn der umgebenden Häuser. Wir werden wiederkommen. Das ist klar.

Vacances superbes, paysages magnifiques et maison au top
Maison superbe avec tout le confort nécessaire, piscine super pour les enfants comme pour les grands et climatisation appréciable sans en abuser. Les environs sont magnifiques, de nombreux endroits à découvrir. Commerces à proximité. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et le propriétaire, Renaud, est très discret mais disponible si nous avons besoin de lui.

Maison très agréable et conforme à la description. Propre et avec tout le matériel nécessaire.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Carces. Les environs sont très beaux. La maison est pratique, bien équipée. La climatisation et la piscine sont des plus très appréciables. On peut regretter que les abords de la piscine ne soient pas mieux aménagés. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et très discrets. Il est à noter néanmoins qu'ils logent sur place.

Tolles Haus und sehr netter Vermieter
Wir haben die Zeit in dem sehr schön eingerichteten Haus sehr genossen. Die Lage ist ruhig, das Grundstück ist kaum einsehbar und man hat einen schönen Blick in Richtung Carces. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und Renaud hat seine tolle CD-Sammlung (Musik nach unserem Geschmack) nebst vielen anderem seinen Mietern gerne überlassen. Zudem ist er sehr nett und hilfsbereit und wir hatten mit ihm einen sehr netten und lustigen Abend bei Pastis, Käse, Wein und seinen Spezialitäten. Danke Renaud! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Carces au mois de juillet. La maison est spacieuse et très agréable. L'extérieur est très appréciable et la piscine un véritable atout! Le propriétaire est très discret mais tjs disponible pour nous renseigner.
