Was a basic stay. On check in (3pm) seemed a bit annoyed I was checking in as it was the end of her shift. She made a point of telling me 3 times that it was the end of her shift. I understand it is annoying but don’t put people on check in close to the end of their shift and at the busiest time of day- when people can check in from 3pm! When I told her I had 2 rooms to check in- she rolled her eyes and made it completely obvious she was not happy! Room basic but clean and comfortable. Not much coffee.

Great room although the room i picked was to hqve a free standing shower as im disabled but it had a bath with shower over it Parking was £18 where to us if a hotel guest patking should be free

1 biscuit and 1 tea bag, each type, was quite poor. We, that's right 2 of us, same as the booking, had to ask for more tea bags. Which we were given. Uncertain if we were to have spring water each day, it was only there on day one. The room was cold and we turned the temperature up, however it didn't work. The lifts were overworked, as two out of three were broken. Breakfast was fine on both days, but the mushrooms were dried out on day two. Had to go and find staff to ask for hot drinks.

I stayed there for 2 nights and really liked it. I arrived by train what made the location perfect, just 5 minutes walking and I was there. Very nice restaurant, I definitely recommend it!

As soon as we walked through the door there was a smile and a warm welcome! Check in was in minutes, the room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended

Nice hotel and the staff were very friendly. Big negatives regarding the directions to get to the hotel by car around Cardiffs awful one way system - we probably got 2-3 tickets for being in the wrong lane as the sat nav is incorrect and the directions on the website are unclear. The hotel should flag this as a major issue in advance of anyone staying here. Even the staff apologised that this was a big problem - but needs sorting out. Food was ok.. but not spectacular for the price.
